随着核技术的发展和应用,核安全与辐射安全越来越受到重视。钴-60热室建成后用来生产民用和医用钴源,是高放射性的场所,它的运行必须得到很好的监控。本文以此项目为背景,设计了基于PLC与工业组态软件的钴-60热室自动监控系统的控制方案,不但提高了整个系统的自动化水平,而且满足了热室在安全性能方面的要求。
本文介绍的基于工业组态软件和PLC的自动监控系统,利用了PLC在应用上的简便、可靠性高、抗电磁干扰性能好、环境适应性强、功能完善、成熟的工控网络体系、通信便捷、易于远程的实时监控等特点,以及工业组态软件的强大数据处理能力和图形表现能力。实现了监控数据的集中管理、自动控制、故障检测、实时报警等多个方面的功能,为系统连续、稳定、安全的运行提供了保证。
钴-60热室自动监控系统是热室的神经中枢,它的稳定可靠的运行是热室实验、生产正常运行的重要保证。本论文介绍了控制系统设备选型、PLC硬件系统的配置、各个监控系统的流程、PLC软件的设计,以及上位机组态软件的程序编写,并且讨论了系统在抗干扰方面的一些措施与方法。最终实现了热室运行的自动监视与控制,得到了方便、友好的人机交互界面,以及强大的数据记录、故障分析功能,满足了系统运行的要求,论文最后还对钴-60的整个监控系统的一些不足之处进行了思考,对以后的改进提出了些方向。

With the development and the application of the nuclear technology, the nuclear safety and the radiation safety receive more and more attention. The cobalt-60 hot cell was built to produce civil and medical cobalt bomb. It is the high radioactive place and its operation must be under control. This paper designed automatic monitoring system's control plan for cobalt-60 hot cell based on PLC and the industry configuration software, which not only improved the system's automation level, but also satisfied the hot cell’s safety request.
The automatic monitoring system introduced in this paper is based on the industry configuration software and the PLC, which adopts PLC advantages such as: simple application, high reliability, good at anti-electromagnetic, the environment adaptability, the function consummated, the mature labor control system, the correspondence conveniently, and the characteristics to realize long-distance real-time monitoring, as well as industry configuration software's formidable data-handling capacity and graph performance ability. And it realized those functions which are the monitoring data centralized management, the automatic control, the failure detection, the real-time warning etc. The system was guaranteed to work under a stable and safe environment.
The cobalt-60 hot cell automatic monitoring system is hot cell's nerve center. Without which, the hot cell's operation cannot functions normally for the experiment and the production. The present paper introduced the control system equipment shaping, the PLC hardware system's disposition, respective supervisory system, the PLC software's design and superior machine configuration software's programming, and has suggested some measures and in the system anti-jamming. Have realized the hot cell movement self-supervisory and the control finally, obtained conveniently and friendly man-machine interaction contact surface, as well as the formidable data record, the fault analysis function, satisfied the systems operation request. Finally, the paper has also pondered on some of cobalt-60 hot cell's entire supervisory system's deficiencies, proposed a direction to the later improvement.
