网络社会责任感是网络行为主体在网络环境中积极主动承担社会生活道德责任和义务的一种思想道德品行。高校思想政治教育的重要任务之一是培育和强化青年大学生对网络社会责任的意识，这有助于引导大学生树立正确的网络态度。大学生作为中国特色社会主义的建设者与接班人，应当具有“国家兴亡、匹夫有责”的社会责任感。培育和强化大学生网络社会责任感，一方面对于净化网络空间，形成良性的网络环境具有重要意义，另一方面有助于大学生良好的道德素质的形成。

本文主要通过调研大学生网络社会责任感值得关注的现状，并探讨其成因，根据这一现状和原因提出了提升大学生网络社会责任感的具体对策。论文分为五个部分：第一部分介绍本研究的背景和意义，通过梳理相关文献，总结国内外研究现状、研究内容、研究方法及创新点和重难点；第二部分深入探讨大学生网络社会责任感的概念并对其内容和特点进行简单的阐述，梳理了相关的理论基础；第三部分是通过大学生网络社会责任感的调查现状及问题分析，阐述网络对大学生社会责任感的影响。第四部分主要说明大学生在网络社会责任感存在问题的成因分析。最后一部分根据大学生网络社会责任感中存在的问题提出相应的对策为提升大学生的网络社会责任感提供参考。

本文主要从社会、网络大环境、高校、家庭及大学生自身出发，通过线上线下相结合的作用强化大学生的网络社会责任感。强化大学生网络社会责任感的有效路径包括：发挥社会环境的重要作用，努力营造积极的网络大环境，强化高校教育的引导性，提升大学生的网络素养，用社会主义核心价值观引导网络舆论，强化大学生社会责任感的实践体验，发挥家庭教育的基础作用，以此来提升大学生网络社会责任感。

Network social responsibility is a kind of ideological moral behavior that network actors take the initiative to bear the moral responsibility and obligation of social life in the network environment. One of the important tasks of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to cultivate and strengthen young college students' awareness of network social responsibility, which is helpful to guide young college students to establish a correct attitude towards network.

As the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, contemporary college students should have the sense of social responsibility of "national rise and fall". Cultivating and strengthening college students' sense of social responsibility on the network is of great significance for purifying the network space and forming a benign network environment on the one hand, and contributes to the formation of college students' good moral quality on the other hand.

This paper mainly investigates the current situation of college students' network social responsibility, discusses its causes, and puts forward specific countermeasures to enhance college students' network social responsibility according to the current situation and causes. The paper is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the background and significance of this research, and summarizes the research status, research content, research methods, innovation points and difficulties at home and abroad by combing relevant literature;  The third part expounds the influence of network on the social responsibility of contemporary college students through the investigation of the current situation and problem analysis. The fourth part mainly explains the causes of college students' problems in the network social responsibility. In the last part, according to the problems existing in the network social responsibility of college students, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for improving the network social responsibility of college students.

This paper mainly starts from the society, network environment, universities, families and college students themselves, and strengthens the sense of social responsibility of young college students through the combination of online and offline. The effective ways to strengthen the sense of social responsibility of young college students include: Give play to the important role of the social environment, strive to create a positive network environment, strengthen the guidance of college education, improve the network literacy of young college

students,guide the network public opinion with socialist core values, strengthen the practical experience of college students' social responsibility, and give play to the basic role of family education,so as to enhance the major advantages of college students' network social responsibility.
