诚信是中华民族的传统美德，在我国悠久的历史文化中占有十分重要的地位。伴随着时代的发展和社会主义现代化建设进程的推进，诚信这一传统道德也被赋予了丰富的内涵。自十八大以来，国家主席习近平从历史的高度提出了“社会主义核心价值观”的概念，并做出相应部署，他强调要高度重视培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。24字核心价值观集中体现了社会主义国家公民的基本价值追求和道德准则要求。诚信作为核心价值观的主要内容之一，成为人们共同关注的热点。我们不难发现，现实生活中部分大学生不同程度上存在着诚信意识淡薄的现象，失信行为频频发生，大学生的诚信意识和诚信行为都面临着严峻考验。大学生是宝贵的人才资源，担负着建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业的历史使命，他们诚信品行的好坏，会直接关系着中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”和两个一百年奋斗目标的实现。因此，加强大学生进行诚信教育，已成为高校迫切需要解决的问题。 本文主要通过文献法、问卷调查法、比较法、归纳总结法进行分析研究。通过文献法大量收集国内外在本研究领域的成果，并对其进行认真研究和分析，从而归纳总结出目前研究状况和发展趋势，为论文的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。通过问卷调查法对西安科技大学、西安建筑科技大学、长安大学、西北政法大学、西安外国语大学五所高校的500名学生和100名教师进行问卷调查、统计和分析，在借鉴相关学者已有研究成果的基础上，笔者认为新时期大学生诚信教育存在的主要问题表现为诚信理念教育缺失、教育内容与时代脱节、教育重理论轻实践、教育的实效性不强、教育者的重视度不够、缺乏科学合理的评价激励制度等几方面，并对其产生的原因进行了分析，最后有针对性地提出了大学生诚信教育的路径：（1）提升教育理念，教育与自我教育相结合；（2）丰富诚信教育内容，注重有效性；（3）探索诚信教育新途径，注重实效性；（4）加强高校教师队伍建设；（5）建立与时俱进的管理制度；（6）优化诚信教育环境。以期为新时期大学生诚信教育的发展尽自己的微薄之力。

President Xi Jinping, puts forward the concept of "the core values of socialism" from a historical height, and makes the appropriate arrangements, he stressed the need to attach great importance to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. 24 words of core values embodies the basic value pursuit of socialist countries and citizens moral standards. Integrity is one of the main content of the core values, become the focus of common concern. However, there is a phenomenon that some college students have weak faith in real life in different extent, which lead to discreditable behavior. Thus, honest consciousness and behavior of college students are facing a severe test. College students are valuable human resources，is shouldering the great cause of building socialism with China characteristics of the historical mission, their honesty behavior will directly related to the realization of “the Chinese nation great rejuvenation China dream” and strive for two one hundred year's goals. Therefore, the integrity education of university students is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper mainly analyzes and researches through the documentary method, sampling survey method，questionnaire survey method, comparative method，inductive and summary method. Through the documentary method to collect a large collection at home and abroad in this field，summarizing the development trend of the present researched on the collected data for research，comparison，screening，lading the theoretical foundation for the paper further research. Through questionnaire survey in five universities in Xi'an University of science and technology, Xi'an University of architecture and technology, Chang'an University, Northwest University of political science and law, Xi'an Foreign Language University of 100 teachers and 500 students were questionnaire investigation, statistics and analysis, in reference to the relevant scholars research results foundation, the author thinks that for credit lack of philosophy of education, education content is out of touch with the times, education theory and practice of light weight, the effectiveness of education is not strong, educators' attention degree is not enough, the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive system and so on several aspects, and the reasons for a detailed analysis of the performances of the main problems in the new period in the presence of honesty and credit education of College Students. This paper analyses their problems and causes, and finally puts forward the path to improve the college honesty education：（1）Enhance education concept, combine education and self education；（2）Enrich the integrity of education content, pay attention to the effectiveness of educational content；（3）Explore new ways of honesty education, pay attention to the effectiveness of educational methods；（4）Strengthen the construction of teachers in Colleges and universities；（5）establish the management system of keeping pace with the times；（6）Optimize the environment of honesty education. In order to make a contribution to the development of college students' honesty education.
