我国许多矿区地质、开采及水文条件复杂,煤层开采过程中受到多种水体的威胁,如何安全合理地开采水体下压煤,成为煤炭安全开采要解决的重大问题之一。地下开采引起覆岩的移动破坏,在波及强含水层时可能导致水体水溃入井下,威胁煤矿生产安全。在进行水体下煤层开采时,开采引起覆岩中的导水裂缝发育高度和形态是安全、合理、经济开采煤层的关键技术。本文应用矿山压力和水体下开采理论,在分析了芙蓉矿区杉木树煤矿石炭沟河下N24采区B3+4煤层覆岩类型和地质、水文、采矿等条件的基础上,结合FLAC3D、F-RFPA2D数值软件计算和相似材料模拟实验,综合分析研究石炭沟河下煤层开采后引起上覆岩层移动破坏规律和“三带”分布规律,重点分析了该地质、采矿条件下煤层开采引起覆岩导水裂缝带发育高度和形态,给出适应芙蓉矿区的导水裂缝带高度预计公式。详细模拟计算分析了石炭沟河下N24采区B3+4煤层采用3m和2m开采高度引起河床破坏的范围和形式,开采可能引起河床两侧坡体滑坡灾害发生的范围,应用水体下开采理论结合实验模拟结论,分析得出了适合石炭沟河下N24采区煤层的安全开采方案,给出了安全合理的煤层开采高度和地表河床的安全防护措施。

There are many threats of waterbody during the coalmining because of mining condition and the omplexity of the hydrological geology condition in out many coalmines. It is one of important problems urgency to solve for coal safety mining that how to mining the coal in under the water body safety and rationally. Underground mining can caused damage by overburden strata moving, Once sweeping high layered aquifer may be result in waters flowing in underground, threaten to coal mine production and safety. When proceeding coalmining under waterbody. Mining arouse water flowing fractured zone developing height and forms of overburden strata are the key technology of safety, property and economy. This paper applied the theory of pressure of mining area and coalmining under waterbody, analysis on type of overburden strata and conditions of the hydrological geology and mining. FuRong Group ShanMuShu coalmine area ShiTanGou River N24 working area of B3+4 coal seam, then according FLAC3Dand F-RFPA2D numerical calculation analysis and similar material simulation experiment, meta-analysis on rules of overburden strata moving deformation and “three zone”, when mining N24 working area of B3+4 coal seam under ShiTanGou River, especially water flowing fractured zone developing height and forms, give out a prediction formula of height of water flowing fractured zone adapting to FuRong mine aera. Detailedly simulated and analysis on range and form of riverbed destroyed and Range of mining may arouse ambo-riverbed sliding hill-creep hazards with 3m and 2m mining high in N24 working area of B3+4 coal seam under ShiTanGou River, Use the theory of coalmining under waterbody combined with the conclusions of simulation experiment, analysis to obtained the safety mining plan suitable for N24 working area of ShiTanGou River, and given out safe and reasonable mining high and ground surface riverbed with protective measures.
