120急救指挥系统是城市应急指挥体系中的重要组成部分,其职能任务和急救模式,直接影响其在重大事故和突发事件中的指挥、组织、协调作用与地位。目前120急救系统中车载终端和急救指挥中心之间主要采用移动电话的方式进行信息的沟通,获得的信息不全面、不协同,无法将救护车定位信息等情况以及患者的病情实时返回至急救指挥中心以及医院,由此急救指挥中心不能准确把握急救车载终端的运行情况,医院不能进行有效及时的院前急救等救护措施。针对上述问题,我们将计算机技术和3G无线通讯技术以及北斗定位技术进行有效的结合,运用在急救车载终端的数据采集、无线通信和定位方面。本文利用嵌入式系统开发技术,采用三星Mini2440作为开发板,S3C2440作为中央处理器,设计了一套基于ARM9和Linux的功能强大的120急救车载终端数据采集系统。采集的多路数据主要包括通过以太网口采集的医疗设备的数据,通过串口采集到的北斗模块的定位信息,采用世界领先的3G无线通讯技术,获取急救指挥中心与急救车载终端的通讯信息。设计的同时,继承了丰富的外围接口,如USB、串口、以太网口等。
本文首先对120急救车载终端的组成、功能以及关键技术进行了分析,提出车载终端多路数据采集系统的硬件设计以及实现方法,完成了120急救车载终端数据采集系统的应用软件的设计以及实现,完成了Linux下串口驱动程序的编写以及测试,并将采集的定位信息以及医疗数据在Qt4.0上进行显示,最后将采集的数据采用混合算法进行压缩,便于通信过程中节省带宽,提高通信速率。
实验结果表明,基于北斗的120急救车载终端可以成功采集多路数据,能通过3G无线通信与指挥中心进行数据交互,可满足实用化要求,通过对采集的数据进行了有效的数据压缩,大大降低设备功耗,提高通信速率。

120 emergency command system is an important part in the city's emergency command system, which functions and emergency mode impact dictate, organiztion, coordinating role and status on major accidents and emergenciesdirectly.The mobile phone is mainly used to communicated between vehicle terminal and the first-aid station in the 120 emergency system,which generats incomprehensive and incollaborative information,so, the condition of the patient in the ambulance can not return to the first aid station or hospital on time and the aid station or hospital can not resort pre-hospital care and other measures effective and timely.In response to these problems,computer technology,3G wireless communications technology and Beidou positioning technology are combined to applicated in data acquisition, wireless communications and positioning on the mobile terminal effectively.In this paper,a powerful 120 vehicle terminal data acquisition system is designed based on the Beidou module, ARM9 and Linux operating system which used the embedded systems as development technology, Samsung Mini2440 as development board, S3C2440 as the central processor.The collected multi-channel data are mainly including medical equipment data which are collected by the Ethernet port,Beidou module positioning information which are collected by the serial port,car information which are collected by CAN bus,communication information which used the world's leading 3G wireless communication technology.At the same time of design,it inherited a rich peripheral interfaces such as USB, serial port, Ethernet port and so on.
Firstly,this paper analyzed the composition, function, as well as the key technology of the 120-vehicle terminal, proposed the hardware design and method of multi-channel data acquisition system,completed design and implementation of application software of data acquisition application system,and completed the preparation and test of serial driver.At last, the collected data are compressed by hybrid algorithm in order to save bandwidth and improve communication rate through the process of communication.
The experimental results show that 120 vehicle terminal based on the Beidou can capture multiple data successfully and have data interaction with the command center via 3G wireless communication in order to meet the practical requirements.At the same time,the collected data have compressed effective so that this system reduced equipment power consumption and improved communication rate significantly.
