随着煤矿机械化水平的提高,煤矿生产效率在提高的同时也伴随着机械作业险兆事件的发生。作为煤矿开采的重要设备,采煤机作业险兆事件的发生不但影响着设备的安全状态,还影响着一线操作员工的生理状态,且往往是引发采煤机事故的前兆事件。预防采煤机作业险兆事件的发生,是控制煤矿事故,实现煤矿安全生产的重要举措。本文的主要内容包括以下几个方面。 首先,通过文献综述对险兆事件的基础理论和险兆事件的管理理论进行了分析。对采煤机作业险兆事件进行了定义;辨析了采煤机作业险兆事件和危险源及事故隐患的关系;区分了采煤机作业险兆事件与采煤机作业事故的不同点;根据采煤机作业险兆事件可能引发的后果,对其进行了分类;结合事故致因理论构建了采煤机作业险兆事件的致因概念模型。 其次,在理论分析和实践调研的基础上,提取了采煤机作业险兆事件影响因素,并编制了采煤机作业险兆事件的调查问卷,用SPSS19.0软件对回收的问卷进行统计分析。结果显示,整体问卷的效度良好,采煤机作业险兆事件的影响因素包括人的失误,采煤机“带病”作业,作业空间和安全管理水平等19个致因因素。 然后,分析了各影响因素间的相互关系,构建出采煤机作业险兆事件的因果关系模型,基于此构建了采煤机作业险兆事件的解释结构模型,并对解释结构模型进行分析,建立了采煤机作业险兆事件致因因素的三层递阶结构模型。分析结果显示,管理失误等是引起采煤机作业险兆事件的深层原因,人、机、环是引起采煤机作业险兆事件的表层和中层原因。 最后,运用系统动力学原理建立采煤机作业险兆事件三个致因层的组合干预SD模型,并运用Venism软件对模型进行仿真模拟,在验证干预有效的基础上,设计出采煤机作业险兆事件的组合干预对策的实施流程,以及三个致因层的干预对策。

With the improvement of the coal mine mechanization level, coal mine production efficiency is also accompanied by the occurrence of mechanical operation near miss. As an important equipment for coal mining, the occurrence of coal mining machine does not only affect the safety of equipment, but also affects the physiological status of the first-line operation staff, and it is often a precursor event that causes the shearer accident. Preventing the Shearer’s operation near miss is an important measure to control coal mine accidents and realize the safe production of coal mines. First of all, it is analyzing the basic theory of near miss and the management of near miss through the literature review. It defines the shearer’s operiton near miss; it analyzes the relationship between the near miss and the source of risk and accidents; and distinguishes the differences between shearer’s operiton near miss and shearer’s operiton accidents; According to the consequences of shearer’s operiton near miss, and classify them; based on the theory of accident cause, it constructed the conceptual model of the shearer’s operiton near miss. Secondly, it based on the theoretical analysis and practice investigation, and extracted the influencing factors of the shearer’s operiton near miss, and compiled the questionnaire of shearer’s operiton near miss, the questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The results showed that the overall questionnaire was effective, and the influencing factors of shearer’s operiton near miss were 19 factors such as human error, shearer "sickness" operation, working space and safety management level. Then, it analyzed the relationship between the influencing factors, and constructed the the causal relationship model of the shearer’s operiton near miss. Based on this, it constructed the Interpretative Structure Modeling of the shearer’s operiton near miss, and analyzed the Interpretative Structure Modeling, it established the three - level hierarchical structure model of the causal factors of the shearer’s operiton near miss. The results show that the management failure is the deep reason for the occurrence of shearer’s operiton near miss. The person, the machine and the environment are the causes of the surface and middle of the shearer’s operiton near miss. Finally, using the System Dynamics Principle to establish the Combination Intervention of the three cause layer of the shearer’s operiton near miss. The model is simulated by Venism software, and the coal mining machine is designed on the basis of validating the intervention. The implementation process of the combination of intervention measures, and the intervention of three cause layers.
