通过对无线定位在安防领域的需求进行分析,本文提出了一种接收信号强度(Received Signal Strength Indicator, RSSI)辅助的数据补偿定位算法(RSSI Assisted Data-compensation Positioning Algorithm, RADCP),并将其应用在自主研发的基于RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)的安防定位监控管理系统中。
RADCP算法主要分为三个阶段:(1) 数据预处理,主要使用数据补偿方法中的偏最小二乘法对无线电波传播模型的参数进行补偿;(2) RSSI辅助测距,结合数据预处理阶段得出的模型来计算阅读器与定位标签之间的距离;(3) RFID定位标签位置坐标的确定,根据圆定位数学模型得出RFID定位标签的位置坐标。
将RADCP算法应用在基于RFID的安防定位监控管理系统中。该系统部署于上位机。数据源由下位机(RFID定位标签和阅读器)提供,上位机对下位机上传的数据进行处理。上位机和下位机之间采用TCP协议通过WIFI进行通信。该系统从功能上分为数据管理子系统和定位监控管理子系统。数据管理子系统的主要功能为接收和存储下位机上传的数据;定位监控管理子系统将数据管理子系统存储的数据作为数据源,实现了定位标签的实时监控定位、定位历史记录查询、系统异常记录查询、系统数据的自动备份和恢复以及系统异常报警等功能。
测试结果表明:RADCP算法的平均定位精度较三边法和质心算法分别提高了37.4%和32.7%,平均执行时间分别降低了57.6%和61.3%;基于RFID的安防定位监控管理系统能及时发现异常并报警,系统实时性和直观性较好,达到了设计要求。

This thesis presented a positioning algorithm named Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) Assisted Data Compensation Positioning Algorithm (RADCP) through analyzing the wireless positioning demand in security area, then implemented and applied the algorithm in a security positioning and monitoring management based RFID system developed independently.
The process of the RADCP algorithm is divided into three stages: (1) data preprocessing, the parameter of the Radio Propagation Model is compensated by Partial Least Squares (PLS) which is one of the data-compensation methods in this thesis; (2) RSSI assisted ranging, the distance between the readers and the RFID location tags is obtained by combining the model which was computed in the data preprocessing stage in this thesis; (3) obtain position coordinate of the RFID location tags, the position coordinate of the RFID location tags is obtained by using Circle Positioning Model (CPM).
The RADCP algorithm is applied in the security positioning and monitoring management system. This system is deployed on the PC. The data source of the system is provided by the lower machines (the RFID readers and location tags). The data uploaded by the lower machines is processed by PC. The communication between PC and the lower machines is implemented by using TCP protocol through WIFI. This system is divided by its function into positioning data management subsystem and positioning and monitoring management subsystem. The RFID based positioning data management subsystem is mainly used to receive and store data that uploaded from the lower machines. The positioning and monitoring management subsystem based on RFID used the data that store from data management subsystem as a data source. The positioning and monitoring management subsystem provided functions such as real-time location monitoring, history position information querying, history exception information querying, database backup and recovering, extraordinary alarm etc.
Test results show that: the average positioning accuracy of RADCP algorithm improved 37.4% and 32.7% compared to triangular method and centroid algorithm, and its' execution time recuded 57.6% and 61.3% compared to triangular method and centroid algorithm; the system can catch exceptions and alarm intime, has a better real-time and intuitive, meets the design target.
