我国是少数以煤炭为主要能源的国家之一。煤炭的大规模开采,使得工作面瓦斯涌出量瓦斯急剧上升,回风巷和上隅角瓦斯频频超限,甚至发生瓦斯燃烧或爆炸之类的恶性事故,严重威胁着矿井安全生产,造成了重大的经济损失和不良的社会影响。
瓦斯抽放是治理矿井瓦斯灾害的一种有效措施,论文基于分析瓦斯抽放技术的研究现状,结合屯宝煤矿实际条件,进行了屯宝煤矿瓦斯抽放技术研究。在分析采空区中瓦斯主要来源及瓦斯在多孔介质中流态的基础上,分析了瓦斯在采空区中运移储集特征。通过现场实测了屯宝煤矿煤层瓦斯压力、煤层透气性系数、煤层瓦斯含量、煤层钻孔自然瓦斯涌出量及其衰减系数、煤的瓦斯吸附常数a和b值与工业分析等瓦斯基础参数,分析了屯宝煤矿抽放瓦斯的必要性和可行性。
基于抽放瓦斯方法选择的基本原则,针对屯宝煤矿工作面瓦斯涌出特征,提出高位钻孔、内错高位专用瓦斯抽放巷、利用邻近工作面顺槽钻孔、上隅角采空区埋管等方法作为1153工作面采空区瓦斯抽放的基本方案,对比分析后选择了高位钻孔、上隅角采空区埋管作为1153工作面采空区瓦斯抽放试验方案。试验结果表明,应用采空区埋管抽放瓦斯、高位钻孔等瓦斯抽采技术的抽放效果明显,工程费用低,易于生产管理,是适宜屯宝煤矿采空区瓦斯抽放有效方法之一。

China is one of the few countries making coal as the main source of energy in the world. As the exploitation of coal at a large scale, the gas emission at work face is at a sharp increase, the return airway and upper corner gas frequently over limited, and even a gas fire or explosion or some other serious accidents, a serious threat to mine safety, resulting in significant economic losses and adverse social impact.
The method of gas suction and discharge is an effective measure of disaster, the paper based on the analysis of status quo of gas suction and discharge technology, with the actual conditions of Tunbao, getting the tuen mine gas drainage technology is precious research. Based on the analysis of the major sources of gas in gob and the gas in porous media stream condition, analyze the gas in the mined area in the migration characteristics of the reservoir. Through siting measurement of the coal seam gas pressure, gas permeability coefficient,, gas content, coal drilling natural gas emission and its attenuation coefficient, a coal and gas adsorption constant b value and industry analysis, based on parameters of gas analysis a coal mine gas drainage and so on, getting the necessity and feasibility.
Based on the basic principles of choice for gas suction and discharge, taking into account of characteristics of gas emission, making high drilling and gas drainage in Cross Lane dedicated high, the use of drilling near working face, upper corner gob drainage pipe and other gas goaf 1153 program, by comparing selected high drilling, on the corner in the goaf buried as a pilot program. Experimental results show that, by goaf buried tube drainage borehole gas and high gas extraction technology such as the drainage effect is obvious, engineering cost is low, easy to production management, is suitable coal goaf chariot treasure one of gas drainage effective methods.
