在全球经济增长乏力的今天,数字经济成为引领各国经济的重要方向和加速经济增长的新动力。政府在2021年发布的“十四五”计划中,特别强调了加快发展数字经济的重要性,并促进其与传统实体经济的深度结合。服务业是构建现代化产业体系、推动经济高质量发展的新型引擎力量。在推进数字中国建设的进程中,服务业承载着更为严苛的标准。对于服务业企业而言,加快数字化转型不仅势在必行,更是确保其持续稳健发展的关键所在。当前,众多学者对企业数字化转型的影响因素与路径进行了深入研究,但这些研究主要集中在制造业和中小企业领域,对于服务行业企业进行数字化转型的讨论则相对较为稀缺。因此,深入研究服务业企业在数字化转型过程中的影响因素及其路径,帮助服务业企业寻找高效的数字化转型之路,有重要的现实意义。

本文以TOE模型为框架,通过文献研究法系统梳理了企业数字化转型的各种影响因素。同时,结合资源基础理论与环境适应性理论,对这些因素进行了分类。为了深入探究服务业企业数字化转型的路径,采用了模糊集定性比较分析法(简称fsQCA)。研究结果表明,技术创新能力和区域数字经济的发展水平是推动服务业数字化转型的核心力量。此外,数字化投资和市场环境的不确定性也在其中扮演着重要角色。相对而言,员工的学习能力、管理技能以及它们在整体配置中的作用并不十分明显。值得注意的是,各种影响因素是通过相互协作、共同驱动的方式来构建转型路径的,而且它们之间存在着可以相互替代的效应。以核心条件为依据,可以将服务业企业实现高数字化转型的6条路径分为“区域经济-技术”“区域经济-投资”“区域经济-技术-投资”3类,导致服务业企业形成低数字化转型的7条路径可以分为5类。根据研究结果,本文提出了促进服务业企业数字化转型的针对性策略建议。

该研究深入分析了影响服务业企业数字化转型的各种因素及其转型路径,运用组态理论去解释多种因素对数字化转型水平的组合效应,弥补方法论上的不足,同时为服务业企业实现高数字化转型提出针对性的策略建议,有助于服务业企业选择适合自身数字化转型的路径。

In today's sluggish global economic growth, the digital economy has emerged as a crucial driver for national economies and a powerful catalyst for accelerating economic growth. The 14th Five-Year Plan released by the government in 2021 particularly underscores the urgency of expediting the development of the digital economy and facilitating its seamless integration with the traditional real economy. The service sector is poised to serve as a pivotal engine for constructing a modern industrial system and propelling high-quality economic development. As China advances towards digitalization, service enterprises face increasingly stringent standards. For these enterprises, expediting their digital transformation is not only imperative but also pivotal in ensuring their sustainable and robust development. While numerous scholars have conducted comprehensive studies on the influencing factors and pathways of enterprises' digital transformation, these studies are predominantly concentrated within manufacturing and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, leaving relatively limited discussion on digital reform within the service industry. Therefore, it holds great practical significance to deeply investigate the influencing factors and pathways of service enterprises during their process of digital transformation, ultimately aiding them in finding an efficient path towards digitization.

Taking the TOE model as a framework, this paper systematically sorted out the various influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation through the literature research method. At the same time, these factors are categorized by combining resource-based theory and environmental adaptability theory. In order to deeply explore the path of digital transformation of service industry enterprises, fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA for short) was adopted. The research findings indicate that the technological innovation capacity and the development level of regional digital economy are the core forces driving the digital transformation of the service industry. In addition, digital investment and uncertainty in the market environment also play an important role. Comparatively, employees' learning ability, management skills and their role in the overall configuration are not very significant. It is worth noting that the various influencing factors build transformation paths by collaborating and co-driving each other, and that there are substitutable effects between them. Based on the core conditions, the six paths for service sector firms to achieve a high level of digital transformation can be categorized as "regional economy-technology" "regional economy-investment" "regional economy-technology-investment" in 3 categories, and the 7 paths leading to the formation of low digital transformation in service sector enterprises can be divided into 5 categories. Based on the results of the study, the paper proposes targeted strategic recommendations for promoting digital transformation in service sector enterprises.

The study analyses in depth the various factors affecting the digital transformation of service industry enterprises and their transformation paths, using group theory to explain the combined effect of multiple factors on the level of digital transformation, to make up for methodological shortcomings, and at the same time, puts forward targeted strategic recommendations for the realization of high-digital transformation of service industry enterprises, which will help them to choose the paths that are suitable for their own digital transformation.
