“孤岛”综放面的布置方式,使得工作面沿走向两侧或周边均为采空区。工作面回采后,本面采空区和相邻采空区连成一片,漏风复杂,且相邻采空区遗煤已氧化,不仅本面采空区,相邻采空区也存在煤自燃的可能,严重的干扰了工作面的顺利回采,影响了矿井的安全生产。
本论文以南屯93上03“孤岛”工作面为研究对象。首先,结合“孤岛”综放面煤层自燃影响因素,分析得出“孤岛”综放面煤层自燃特点,相邻采空区存在煤自燃危险较大。其次,采用煤自然发火实验台测定煤自燃特性参数,为“孤岛”综放面本面及相邻采空区煤自然预测提供基础数据。再次,通过对“孤岛”本面采空区和相邻采空区观测,拟合压力和氧气浓度分布曲线,掌握了相关参数,为本面和相邻采空区空气渗流扩散模拟提供了边界条件的基础参数。根据多孔介质理论、流体力学以及传热学理论,建立采空区内空气渗流扩散数学模型。结合实验和现场观测数据,利用FLUENT软件对本面及相邻采空区空气流动进行模拟,根据模拟结果,分析得出了空气在“孤岛”本面及相邻采空区内的流动状况、氧气浓度分布以及渗流速度分布,并根据煤自燃极限参数法将本面采空区划分为:散热带、氧化升温带以及窒息带,而相邻采空区氧气浓度在极限氧浓度范围内的浮煤自燃危险性较大。最后,结合“孤岛”综放面煤层自燃特点和采空区煤自燃预测结果,主要采用均压和注胶体的预防技术,针对整个“孤岛”综放面采空区易于发生煤自燃的区域提出具体的预防措施,并在相邻采空区煤自燃预防中,取得显著效果,保障了“孤岛”综方面的顺利回采。
本论文对“孤岛”综放面煤自燃危险区域进行了研究,提出了相应的预防技术,为“孤岛”综放面煤自燃预防提供了参考,具有一定的实际意义。

The both sides or around of the isolated island caving workface are goafs.the Neigbouring goafs connect with the goaf of the isolated island caving workface, after the mining, air leakage is complex, and the coal in the neigbouring goafs have been oxidized,The spontaneous combustion possibly occur in the goaf of the isolated island caving workface and the neibouring goafs.Interfere with the mining,Affect the safety of the mine production.
This paper takes the Nantun mine as research object.first, anlyzed the characteristics of spontaneous combustion at the isolated island caving seam seam, on the base of the factors of spontanoue combustion at isolated island caving coal seam .Second, By making use of the self-ignition experiment oven, attaining the characteristic parameters of the mine spontaneous combustion which can provide basic data for the simulation of coal spontaneous combustion. Third, fited curves of the oxygen concentration and static pressure, attaining the raleted imfomation, by local observation. which provide the data for the boundaries of air difffusion-convection model.the air diffusion-convection equation can be set up,by using the knowledge of porous theory,hydrodynamics and thermodynamics.simulated by FLUENT software,attained the flow rule of air ,the distribution of oxygen concenteation and the distribution of static pressure in the goaf of isolated island caving and neigbouring goafs.Fnally,maked off the dangerous zone of coal spontaneous combustion.According to the characteristics of the spomtaneous combustion and the prediction of spontaneous combustion puted forward the concete measures of prevention for coal spontaneous combustion.gain a remarkable effecr in the practice.
This paper researched on the dangerous zone of isolated island caving workface,and puted forward corresponding prevention measures,which has practical significance to guide the prevention for coal spontaneous combustion.
