本文以电牵引采煤机为研究对象,利用振动信号采集技术,总线通信技术和嵌入式技术,设计了以DSP为核心的采煤机振动监测系统,旨在实现电牵引采煤机运行中关键机械部件振动数据的采集、存储、传输以及故障诊断。 本系统主要包括振动信号采集、总线通信及数据存储三部分。硬件部分以数字信号处理芯片TMS320F2812为核心,不仅具有很强的数据处理能力,而且能够满足多种通信接口,简化外围电路的设计。系统通信模块充分利用现有机型预留通信网络接口,保证了采煤机振动监测系统中各个模块的正常通信,同时能应用于井下采煤机、液压支架及刮板输送机的协同工作。系统数据存储模块将采集的振动信号进行存储,有效地记录采煤机机械部件故障前后的数据信息,为采煤机故障诊断提供有效、可靠的数据。系统软件部分采用CCS软件开发了振动信号采集和CAN总线通信程序,结合SD卡实现数据的存储功能。系统从硬件和软件两个方面采取抗干扰措施,提高系统的抗干扰能力。 本文研究的电牵引采煤机振动监测系统经过实验室调试运行,能够满足系统设计需求,具有结构简单,功能齐全,性能稳定等特点。

In this paper, the electrical traction shearer was taken as research object, combined with the signal acquisition technology、bus communication technology and embedded technology, a monitoring system of shearer based on DSP was designed, aiming to realize the vibration signal acquisition、storage and communication of shearer and judge the work situation. The system includes signal acquisition module, control module, communication bus and data storage modules. TMS320f2812 digital signal process as the core of hardware simplified the design of peripheral circuits with the integrated enhanced eCAN controller, SPI and SCI interface. The communications between the devices of shearer were guaranteed by communication bus. The vibration signal of shearer stored by data storage module provides accurate documents for the research of failure mechanism. In side of software, the program of signal acquisition, communication and storage were designed. And for the reason of high-voltage equipment in coal mining, more anti-jamming measures were taken from hardware and software. By testing at laboratory, the result show that the system can realize the basic functions of shearer monitoring system. And with the characteristics of small volume, low consume and strong ability of data processing and anti-interference, as well as high testing precision, with better application prospects for the requirement of huge data storage.
