随着数字城市和智慧城市的建设规模的不断扩展,位置服务平台的广泛应用,人们对城市空间位置信息的精确性也越来越高。传统的城市定位方法,即基于地址地名的定位,虽然在一定程度上满足了人们日常生活的需求,但由于其地理编码数据本身的缺陷,如门牌号放置位置过于隐蔽、兴趣点更换频繁难以维护、标志性建筑物太少且定位范围太广以及地名界限模糊等,导致其定位精度低,可靠性差。因此,本论文通过借鉴地址地名定位方法中的地理编码方式,建立社会型地理空间框架,用以多源、多维度的表达城市空间位置,弥补地址地名定位方法的缺陷,解决城市空间定位问题。社会型地理空间框架是传统地理空间框架的继承和发展,它选取了城市中的特征地理要素和社会属性结构,并将其与空间坐标相关联,通过地理编码方式精确表达城市地理实体的空间位置。另外,由于社会型地理空间框架提取了高效率、高精度的城市特征地理要素和社会属性结构,并将其信息化和空间化,从而提高城市空间分析和决策应用的能力。
社会型地理空间框架研究有两个重要方面:一是如何设计基于点基准的地理空间框架;二是如何合理的划分城市地理空间框架中的网格体系。本文首先对国内外地理编码模型进行分析与研究,具体探讨了我国地理编码的可行性,结合宝鸡市数字化城市管理项目,利用地理编码技术完成了对社会型地理空间框架的初步探索,建立了社会型地理空间框架的模型,实现了城市特征地理要素和社会属性结构的空间化以及城市定位新模式。
论文在研究过程中,主要完成的内容和取得的成果如下:
(1)通过研究国内外主要的地理编码模型,在此基础上建立了符合我国城市特点的地理空间框架,即基于点基准和网格体系的地理空间框架。并对其地理编码的标准化提出了参考理论。
(2)对点基准地理空间框架中所采用的路灯要素,通过空间分析,论证以路灯地理要素为参考基准的定位范围和定位准确性。通过相关性分析,论证路灯的分布密度,反映人口分布密度等。
(3)经过调研,对宝鸡市行政区、街道办、社区和单元网格进行了划分,并对其相应的地理编码作了规范性描述。
(4)运用C#编程语言,调用GMap.NET的相关控件,在Windows Forms和WPF环境中通过百度地图实现路灯定位、地理编码以及地图展示功能。
(5)运用C#编程语言,调用了Arc Engine的相关组件和类库,开发实现了网格体系定位模块。主要包括定位查询、数据显示等功能。

With the extensive application of digital city construction scale and the wisdom of the city and location-based services platform continues to expand, people on the accuracy of the location information of urban space is also increasing. Traditional urban positioning method, based on that location address names, although in some extent to meet the demands of daily life, but because of its own shortcomings geocoded data, such as the placement of the house number is too subtle, POI change frequently difficult to maintain iconic buildings positioned too broad and too vague place names and boundaries, leading to low positioning accuracy, poor reliability. Therefore, this paper addresses by drawing of names of geographical location encoding method, the establishment of social geospatial framework for multi-source, multi-dimensional expression of the position of the urban space, to make up for deficiencies address of names positioning method to solve the problem of urban spatial orientation. Social geospatial framework is the inheritance and development of traditional geospatial framework, which features selected cities geographic features and social attribute structure, and it’s associated with the spatial coordinates, by way of geocoding precise spatial location of the city to express geographical entities. In addition, due to social geospatial framework for the extraction of high efficiency, high precision characteristics of geographic features and city social attribute structure, and information technology and space, thereby improving the ability of urban spatial analysis and decision-making applications.
Social Geospatial Framework has two important aspects: First, how to design a framework based geospatial reference point; the second is how reasonable division of the city geospatial framework grid system. Firstly, the domestic and international geocoding model analysis and research, specifically discussed the feasibility of geocoding, combined Baoji digital city management project, the use of geocoding technology to complete a preliminary exploration of social geospatial framework, the establishment of social geography model space frame to achieve the city's urban character of geographic features and social structure of the space of the property as well as a new model of urban positioning.
Thesis in the research process, the content and the results obtained mainly to complete the following:
(1) Based on the establishment of a geospatial framework in line with the characteristics of the city,this study study domestic and foreign major research geocoding model,which is geospatial framework based on the reference point and the grid system. then this study made reference to the theory of its standardized geocoding.
(2) The reference point for street elements geospatial framework,this study use spatial analysis method, argumentation the street range of geographic features for locating and positioning accuracy of the reference datum. By correlation analysis,the distribution density of lights reflecting the population Distribution density, etc.
(3) Through research, Baoji City Administrative Region, street, community and unit meshes were divided and made normative description of its corresponding geocoding.
(4) With the use of the C# programming language, calling GMap.NET related controls in Windows Forms and WPF environments to achieve street location, geocoding and map display functions through Baidu map.
(5) Finally, this study using the C# programming language, called Arc Engine related components and libraries to develop a grid system to achieve the positioning module. Including location query, data display.
