摘 要

在全球一体化进程不断加深的背景下,供应链体系逐渐发展完善。对于生产制造类企业而言,供应链中的供应商管理体系具有至关重要的作用,它是确保企业获得优质、高效、低成本供应服务的重要保障。科学完善的供应商管理体系能够有效提升供应链韧性,进而转化为企业的战略竞争优势,若管理缺位则会导致供应链脆弱性增加,影响客户交付质量与服务效率。特别是在当前白热化的市场竞争格局和宏观经济承压运行的背景下,企业唯有建立稳固的战略合作联盟才可能在激烈的市场角逐中赢得发展先机,这同时也体现出供应链背景下企业对供应商有效管理的必要性。

本文通过对S建筑节能公司供应商管理现状进行研究,结合供应商资源基础、供应商委托代理、供应商关系管理等理论,利用文献分析、问卷调查、访谈等多种方法,全面整理了S建筑节能公司供应商管理方面存在的问题,进行深入的原因分析,最终总结出供应商选择管理、供应商绩效管理、供应商关系管理三个层面的问题。接着对S建筑节能公司供应商管理过程进行改进优化,同时利用卡拉杰克模型对供应商进行分类管理,以增强供应商管理能力、提高供应商管理效率,通过提高供应商绩效水平,减少供应环节风险,进而降低S建筑节能公司的运营成本,最终提升企业整体盈利水平。同时,从制度、人力、合同等多个维度制定配套保障措施,确保优化方案有效执行,助力S建筑节能公司在供应商管理优化方面取得实质性进展。

基于对S建筑节能公司供应商管理流程的系统性梳理、研究及优化,最终实现与供应商建立长期稳定、互利共赢的战略合作关系。同时本研究也为同行业企业的供应商管理优化提供了可借鉴的实践路径与参考方向。

ABSTRACT

In the context of the deepening process of global integration, the supply chain system has gradually taken shape and developed perfectly. For manufacturing enterprises, the supplier management system in the supply chain plays a vital role, which is an important guarantee to ensure that enterprises obtain high-quality, efficient and low-cost supply services. A scientific and sound supplier management mechanism can effectively improve the resilience of the supply chain, which can be transformed into a strategic competitive advantage of enterprises, and if the lack of management will lead to an increase in the vulnerability of the supply chain, affecting the quality of customer delivery and service efficiency. Especially in the context of the current white-hot market competition pattern and macroeconomic pressure, enterprises can only win development opportunities in the fierce market competition by establishing a solid strategic cooperation alliance. At the same time, it also reflects the necessity of effective management of suppliers in the context of the supply chain.
    Based on the research on the current situation of supplier management of S building energy efficiency company, combined with the theories of supplier resource base, supplier entrustment agent, supplier relationship management, etc., and using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, this paper comprehensively sorts out the problems existing in the supplier management of S building energy efficiency company, conducts in-depth analysis of the reasons, and finally summarizes the problems at three levels: supplier selection management, supplier performance management and supplier relationship management. Then, the supplier management process of S building energy efficiency company was improved and optimized, and the Karajake model was used to classify and manage suppliers, so as to enhance the supplier management ability and improve the efficiency of supplier management, and reduce the risk of supply links by improving the performance level of suppliers, so as to reduce the operating costs of S building energy efficiency company, and finally improve the overall profitability of the enterprise. At the same time, supporting safeguard measures were formulated from multiple dimensions such as system, manpower, and contract to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan, and help S Building Energy Conservation Company make substantial progress in supplier management optimization.
    Based on the systematic combing, research and optimization of the supplier management process of S Building Energy Conservation Company, we will finally establish a long-term, stable, mutually beneficial and win-win strategic cooperative relationship with suppliers. At the same time, this study also provides a practical path and reference direction for supplier management optimization of enterprises in the same industry.
