由于目前市场经济的快速发展，互联网技术的普及以及经济全球化进程的加剧，使得市场竞争更加激烈，为了解决企业由于市场竞争所带来的缩短交货期、提高产品质量、降低产品成本以及实现“零库存”等的巨大压力，企业的销售管理模式必须改革。基于JBPM的煤炭企业销售管理模式极大地满足企业管理的要求，这种模式的出现不仅缩短了供应商与企业需求之间的距离，同时也大大减少了各种经济资源的消耗，提高了商务活动的效率。 本论文以作者参与的课题项目“兖矿物流综合信息平台”为背景，首先建立了煤炭企业销售管理的框架模型；通过分析项目需求，提出整体的业务系统架构；研究了Spring的MVC技术和JBPM在企业级信息系统中的应用，并针对煤炭企业销售管理的业务需求，探讨了系统的技术方案和网络结构；利用JBPM实现销售管理的流程模型，并对系统中销售管理模块进行了设计。在销售情况统计分析方面，本文依据OLAP理论知识，采用Hadoop工具和Hive数据仓库对煤炭企业的销售情况进行统计并提供可视化的分析结果。在系统性能方面，针对大数据下的系统资源利用率，以及多并发数下的响应时间进行了压力测试，测试结果验证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。最后，对论文的研究工作进行总结，并对系统做了进一步的研究展望。 本文设计和实现的销售管理系统即将投入到兖矿物流的实际业务应用中，实现各项业务信息高度共享，为企业员工和管理人员提供及时、准确、全面的数据，提高工作效率和工作质量，节省企业运营成本，将为企业带来良好的经济和社会效益。

In this paper according to the actual situation of YanKuang logistics Company, by analyzing the demand, established the sales model of the system, adopted by Spring MVC techonlogy, introducted of JBPM workflows to automate system processes. Given the network architecture design, security design and database design of the system. Thus achieving the development of sales management.Statistical analysis in sales, this paper use OLAP tehchonlogy to analysis statistics on the sales of coal companies and finally provide a visual analysis. In system performance, aim at large data of system resource utilization, and more complicated by the number of response time, wered pressure test, the results verify the stability and reliability of this system. This system will be put into the practical business applicantions of the Yankuang logistics.It will achieved high degree of sharing the achiecement of the business information,for employees and managers to provide timely,accurate and comprehensive data,improved work efficiency and quality,saved the cost of business operations,brought good economic and social benefits for the erterprise.
