我国的高等教育已从精英教育转向大众化教育。随着高校扩招大学毕业生人数逐年增加,其就业形势日趋严峻。高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业问题关系到我国的经济发展和社会稳定,应当给予高度重视。胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中指出,要“积极做好高校毕业生就业工作”。因此,有必要对当代大学生的择业心理存在的问题进行研究,从而引导其树立正确的择业心理,实现合理就业、顺利就业,确保我国和谐社会的全面构建,高等教育的健康发展以及“科教兴国”、“人才强国”战略的顺利实施。 大学生的择业心理是以就业为中心,在其他心理的共同作用下形成的,其产生、变化与发展过程较为复杂。在大学期间,择业心理成为大学生心理中的一个重要方面。它会影响大学生的学习、社会实践等活动。虽然就业体制的改革,毕业生在就业择业上拥有了更多的机遇和更广阔的市场,但同时还要面对愈来愈激烈的社会竞争,也意味着他们将面临更大的心理压力和冲突。社会、学校、家庭对大学生择业心理有些什么样的影响,如何对待大学生的择业,如何为顺利择业作好心理准备,如何调适大学生的择业心态等问题,是大学生们很关心,并会影响他们将来的工作和生活质量的重要问题。本文对大学生择业从心理角度进行分析,首先,根据调查提出大学生择业心理存在的主要问题,即自我认知失调心理、情绪心理问题、人际交往障碍、对外界环境认知不准确、社会心理问题和“啃老族”心理问题,并对择业心理问题存在的原因进行分析,从而提出了调整大学生择业心理对策即完善就业制度、强化政府对择业市场的调控、深化高校教育教学改革、重视家庭教育的影响和大学生自身的调整与完善。其次,在分析之后为大学生提供择业心理调适的技巧、方法和途径,采用理性情绪法、合理宣泄法、自我慰藉法等以帮助他们从众多的择业心理困惑、择业心理冲突中解脱出来,让他们学会调适心理状态,从容、冷静地面对择业问题,并作出正确、理智的选择。

China's higher education from elite education to mass has education. With the expansion of higher education college graduates increased year by year, the employment situation is getting worse. College graduates are precious human resources, and the employment problems related to China's economic development and social stability, and should give attention. Therefore, it is necessary for the contemporary university students' employment psychological problems in research, leading the correct employment psychology, realize reasonable employment, smooth employment, ensure the comprehensive building harmonious society in China, the healthy development of the higher education and the "rejuvenating the nation", "the talented person strategy power. College students employment psychology based on employment as the center, in other psychological effects, the formation and change and development process is more complicated. During the university, employment psychology become an important aspect of university students' psychological. It will affect the students learning, the social practice activity. This paper analyzes college students' employment from the psychological perspective, according to the analysis, the first proposed college students employment survey, the main problems of self in the cognitive dissonance mental, emotional, psychological problems, interpersonal obstacle, the external environment of cognitive inaccurate, social psychology and "the parasitical" psychological problems, and employment of the causes of the existing problems were analyzed, and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve college students employment psychology is the employment system, strengthening the government of employment market regulation, deepening the reform of education teaching, pay attention to the family education and the influence of the adjustment and improvement. Secondly, after analysis for college students in employment psychological adapation provide skills, methods and approaches, adopting rational mood, reasonable catharsis, self comforting method to help them from numerous employment psychological perplexity, employment psychological conflict freed, let them to adjust psychology, calmly, calmly facing the employment problem, and make correct, rational choice.
