煤矿综采工作面是井下主要的产尘源之一,其粉尘的治理是关系到工人健康和安全生产的突出问题。 本文首先对综采工作面粉尘的产生机理及目前采煤机自带的内、外喷雾降尘系统存在的问题进行分析;并以某矿14618综采工作面为研究对象,依据气固两相流理论和喷雾降尘理论,应用Solidworks软件建立了该综采工作面实体模型;进而用FLUENT软件对其风流分布和粉尘浓度分布进行了数值模拟;同时对该综采工作面粉尘浓度分布进行了现场实测。通过软件模拟和实测数据分析得出综采工作面风流分布和粉尘浓度分布规律。 其次,分析了喷雾降尘的雾化机理和相关影响因素。通过喷嘴结构参数的对比分析得出采用螺旋牙型水芯喷嘴耗水量及雾化效果较优;通过对雾粒性质和粒径的分析,得出50~100um为最佳捕尘雾径范围,并给出最佳工作水压与喷嘴直径的关系。 在上述研究基础上,设计了一套独立于采煤机内、外喷雾系统之外的辅助自动喷雾降尘系统,并对其软件和硬件进行了选型和说明。该系统能实现工作面的联动喷雾降尘。

Underground coal mine fully mechanized working face is one of the main source of producing dust, the dust of governance is related to workers' health and safety problems. This paper on the mechanism of dust formation and the current of fully mechanized working face of coal winning machine with internal and external spray dust system the analysis of existing problems; And in 14618 fully mechanized coal face of a mine as the research object, based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow theory and spray dust, application Soildworks software established the physical model of fully mechanized working face; By using the FLUENT software for its romantic and dust concentration distribution are simulated; At the same time to the distribution of the dust concentration of fully mechanized working face field measurement. Through software simulation and measured data analysis wind and dust concentration distribution rule of fully mechanized working face. Secondly, analyses the spray atomization mechanism of the dust and the related influencing factors. Through contrastive analysis of the nozzle structure parameters using spiral tooth type water nozzle water consumption and the atomizing effect is best; Through the analysis of the nature of fog particles and particle size, reach 50-100 um as the best catch dust diameter, and give the best working pressure and the relationship between the nozzle diameter. On the basis of the research, design a set of independent of coal winning machine internal and external auxiliary automatic spray dust system spray system, and has carried on the selection of its software and hardware and instructions. The system can realize linkage spray dust in the working face.
