开关磁阻电机调速系统具有调速性能优良,结构简单,成本低,可靠性高等优势,近年来受到广泛关注。但是开关磁阻电机特殊的结构造成它的转矩脉动比较大,同时也因为它严重的非线性特征,不同的转速条件下需要不同的控制策略对其予以配合,造成它的控制方式比较复杂。直接转矩控制技术问世以来,以其独特的控制方式,简单的实现形式获得了广泛的认可。本文旨在将直接转矩技术应用于四相开关磁阻电机,并为其添加模糊PI复合控制的速度调节器,构成速度闭环。
文中推导出开关磁阻电机瞬时转矩方程,根据四相8/6极开关磁阻电机特性,得出四相开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制的8个有效空间电压矢量,并制定出相应的开关表,通过对空间电压矢量合理选择,就可以保证定子磁链幅值恒定,把转矩脉动限制在一个小的误差滞环带内。从MATLAB仿真结果可以看出直接转矩控制有效的控制了SRM的转矩脉动,并且磁链轨迹是圆形,定子电流、磁链波形变化平稳。
为了更好的控制电机转速,直接转矩控制系统的速度控制器采用模糊PI复合控制技术,为直接转矩控制内环提供参考的期望转矩。从模糊控制、PI控制和模糊PI复合控制三种控制方法的MATLAB仿真结果可以看出模糊PI复合控制的动、静态性能均优于单一的控制方法。文中重点介绍了单值型模糊控制器的重心法解模糊方法,使得模糊控制策略表计算简便且有一定的精确度。

The Switched Reluctance Motor System has many advantages, such as excellent performance of speed adjustment, simple structure, lower cost and high reliability, but every coin has two sides. Its unique structure also leads disadvantage such as its serious torque ripple. The system needs different control strategy for different speed zone because of its highly nonlinear characteristic. Therefore its control scheme is very complex. The direct torque control is famous for its unique control concept and simple scheme. The thesis is aimed to apply the Direct Torque Control on the four-phase Switched Reluctance Motor.
An expression of instantaneous torque is deduced from elementary function. In this paper, select eight effective voltage space vector based on the characteristics of four-phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor. Based on the principle of Direct Torque Control, the torque can direct control and keep constant of the amplitude of stator flux by rational selection of the effective voltage space vector. The MATLAB simulation results show that the torque ripple has been control by Direct Torque Control, and the locus of flux linkage for stator is a circular, the waveform of stator current and flux changed smoothly.
In this paper, compound control strategy of Fuzzy and PI control has been adopted. It provides reference torque for Direct Torque Control loop. Simulation of Fuzzy control, PI control and Fuzzy-PI control show that Fuzzy-PI control is superior to single control. The article describes mainly the weighted average method for Single-value model fuzzy controller. It is easy calculation and has a high precision.
