为了提高煤矿企业安全管理水平,从根源上阻断矿工不安全行为发生的机会,基于矿工社会网络、社会支持网络、煤矿企业安全文化的重要性,分别采用社会网络分析法、统计分析法、SEM模型法,选取煤矿一线矿工与一般工作人员作为研究对象,理论与实证相结合探索矿工社会支持网络如何影响煤矿企业安全文化。 首先,以文献和相关理论为基础,对矿工的整体网络进行分析,选取该矿综采队作为研究整体,设计一个核心问题“平时,你和哪些矿工交谈过自己的家庭、工作、生活中的困难问题”,采用UCINET6.0软件对135名综采队矿工的整体社会网络结构特征进行刻画,从整体上了解矿工的社会网络情况。而后,将研究视角转向矿工个体,从网络规模、关系类型、关系连带强度、同质性、异质性5个方面分析其个体社会支持网络特征,为后续概念模型及结构方程模型的建立奠定基础。 其次,在前文分析的基础上,构建本研究的概念模型,并提出理论假设,以概念模型为纲领,借鉴专家成熟问卷,并结合研究目的适当修正,作为初始问卷,对于回收的问卷题项进行独立样本T检验、皮尔逊相关性、 探索性因子分析等预调研分析,最终确立本研究的问卷。 最后,在前文研究的基础上,建立本研究的SEM模型,采用正式问卷收集的数据,对模型进行识别、拟合评价、修正等,得到最终模型,并验证了本研究的8个假设,且均成立:假设H1,矿工网络规模对安全知识流具有显著的正向影响;假设H2,矿工网络规模对正能量流有显著的正向影响;假设H3,矿工网络关系类型越丰富,传递的安全知识流就越大;假设H4,矿工网络规模越大,传递的正能量流就越大;假设H5,矿工之间互相交流的关系强度越强,传递的安全知识流就越强大;假设H6,矿工间关系强度越强,传递的正能量流越大;假设H7,矿工之间传递的安全知识流越大,越有利于煤矿企业安全文化建设;假设H8,矿工之间传递的正能量越多,越能支持煤矿企业安全文化的建设。结果表明:8个假设均成立,即矿工网络规模对安全知识流具有显著的正向影响;矿工网络规模对正能流有显著的正向影响;矿工网络关系类型越丰富,传递的安全知识流就越大;矿工网络规模越大,传递的正能量流就越大;矿工之间交流的关系强度越强,传递的安全知识流就越强大;矿工之间关系强度越强,传递的正能量流越大;矿工之间传递的安全知识流越大,越有利于煤矿企业安全文化建设;矿工之间传递的正能量越多,越能支持煤矿企业安全文化建设。并且依据模型分析讨论结果,从矿工社会网络、改善矿工社会支持网络、提升煤矿企业安全文化建设三个方面提出建设良好煤矿企业安全文化的切实可行的对策与建议。 通过本文的研究,从理论与实证两个方面,分析了矿工社会支持网络如何影响煤矿企业安全文化,具体反映了两者间的影响路径关系,为煤矿企业管理者建设良好安全文化指明道路,能有效推动煤矿安全管理的前进。

In order to improve the level of safety management of coal mine enterprises, to block the opportunity of miners' unsafe behavior from the root, based on the importance of the social networks and social support network and safety culture of coal mine enterprises, this study used methods of social network analysis, statistical analysis, structure equation model, select line miners of coal mine enterprises and the general staff as the study object, and combine theoretical and empirical research to explore that social support networks how to affect the safety culture of coal mine enterprises. First of all, based on the domestic and foreign related literature and theory ,analyze miners’ whole network, select all miners of ZongCaiDui as the research unit, design a core problem that "usually, who are you talking about the difficulties of your family and your work and life", using UCINET6.0 software to depict the characteristics of 135 ZongCaiDui miners from the whole social network to understand the situation of miners; In addition, taking the research prospection to the individual miners, from 5 aspects to analyze characteristics of the individual social support network of the network scale, type of network relationship, relationship strength of network, homogeneity and heterogeneity, which lays the foundation for further SEM. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, establish the initial concept model of this study, and put forward the theoretical hypothesis, use the conceptual model as the program, reference mature questionnaire of some experts, and combine with the purpose of this study to modify questionnaire properly, distribute 300 copies of the initial questionnaire, 278 were recovered, and take the questionnaire items to the independent samples T test, Pearson correlation, exploratory factor analysis and pre survey and so on , and finally established the formal questionnaire of this study. Finally, on the basis of above research, establish the SEM model of this study, this paper uses the formal questionnaire to collect data, to identify, and to fit the model, and get the final model, and verify the eight bypasses in this paper: hypothesis H1, the network size of miners has significant positive influence on the safety knowledge flow; hypothesis H2, the network size of miners has significant positive effects on the positive energy flow; hypothesis H3, the richer network relationship type of miners, the greater of safety knowledge flow can transfer; hypothesis H4, the bigger of the network size of miners transfer the greater positive energy flow; assuming H5, the stronger relationship between miners communicate with each other, the stronger safety knowledge flow is passed; assuming H6, the stronger relationship between miners, transfer the greater positive energy flow; assuming H7, the more safety knowledge flow passed between miners, the more good for the construction of the safety culture of coal mine enterprises; assuming H8, the more positive energy passed between miners, the more support for the construction of safety culture of coal mine enterprises. The results show that eight hypotheses are set up: the network size of miners has significant positive influence on the safety knowledge flow; the network size of miners has significant positive effects on the positive energy flow; the richer network relationship type of miners, the greater of safety knowledge flow can transfer; the bigger of the network size of miners transfer the greater positive energy flow; the stronger relationship between miners communicate with each other, the stronger safety knowledge flow is passed; the more safety knowledge flow passed between miners, the more good for the construction of the safety culture of coal mine enterprises; the more positive energy passed between miners, the more support for the construction of safety culture of coal mine enterprises. And according to the discussed results of this model, put forward the practical and feasible countermeasures suggestions from three aspects of social support network; improve the safety culture construction of coal enterprise. Through the study of this paper, from two aspects of theory and empirical, analyze the influence of miners' social support network on the safety culture of coal mine enterprises, reflect the influence of the path clearly, indicate the road for the managers of coal mine enterprises for construction of safety culture, and can promote the safety management of coal mine effectively.
