为进一步提高变电设备运行管理水平,缓解运行人员不足问题,实现“减人增效”和“科技增效”,提高企业劳动生产率,西安地区严家110KV变电站适时推进变电站无人值守改造以实现集中监控、运维管理。
本文通过对目前国内外以及陕西地方电力无人值守变电站技术进行分析的基础上,对西安地区110KV严家变电站的运行管理状况进行调查总结,在此基础上完成对110KV严家变电站无人值守综合自动化系统的可行性和必要性进行分析,以及无人值守方案需求分析,开展110KV严家变电站无人值守技术改造及实现方案进行规划设计,以及对无人值守运行管理方案进行规划。通过一次设备、二次设备改造升级,实现110KV严家变电站站端的视频监控、安防、环境监测,并将视频、安防等信息上传,增强事故的预警防范能力。设计了110KV严家变电站无人值守辅助系统方案,调控一体化系统要求通信通道,选用SDH技术满足实时性、安全性以及可靠性的需要,即既要可靠又要安全实时。
结合110KV严家变电站无人值守实际运行情况,对技术改造方案和管理方案进行合理规划,对运行结果存在的问题进行合理分析,提出了优化措施,保证了整个设计方案的正常实施。

In order to improve the equipment and operation management level of further substation equipment, alleviate the shortage of operating personnel, realize the "reduction of people and efficiency" and "scientific and technological efficiency" to improve the labor productivity of enterprises, the 110KV Yanjia Substation in Xi'an District timely promotes the unattended transformation of substations To achieve centralized monitoring, operation and maintenance management.
Based on the analysis of the current domestic and international and local power unattended substation technology in Shaanxi Province, this paper investigates and summarizes the operation and management of 110KV Yanjia Substation in Xi'an, and on this basis completes the unattended integration of 110KV Yanjia Substation. The feasibility and necessity of the automation system are analyzed, and the unattended solution needs analysis, the unattended technical transformation of the 110KV Yanjia substation and the implementation plan are carried out, and the unattended operation management plan is planned. Through the transformation and upgrading of primary equipment and secondary equipment, the video surveillance, security and environmental monitoring of the 110KV Yanjia Substation station will be realized, and video, security and other information will be uploaded to enhance the early warning and prevention capability of the accident. The 110KV Yanjia Substation Unattended Auxiliary System Solution was designed to control the communication channel required by the integrated system. SDH technology was selected to meet the needs of real-time, safety and reliability, that is, it must be reliable and safe in real time.
Combined with the unattended operation of 110KV Yanjia Substation, the technical transformation plan and management plan were rationally planned, the existing problems were analyzed reasonably, and the optimization measures were put forward to ensure the normal implementation of the whole design.
