       为了防范和应对各种灾害带来的安全风险,建立完善的公共安全体系,2018年3月,在第十三届全国人民代表大会第一次会议上批准国务院机构设立中华人民共和国应急管理部,可见事关国家公共安全的应急管理的重要地位。由于煤炭行业的特殊性,其灾害后果严重,因此国家煤矿安全监察局也划入应急管理部管理。然而当煤矿事故发生时,监控作业员是否能够及时发现并采取应急措施对降低事故损失,保障矿工安全有重要作用。随着智慧矿山系统的普及,越来越多的岗位需要长时间进行监控作业,其警戒绩效水平关系着整个煤矿生产的安全性与事故处理的及时性。本研究主要从社会助长(性别助长、社会存在)的角度去分析不同的工作搭档组合对警戒绩效的影响,通过实验和实证分析相结合来探究。

       实验分析是通过让被试执行长达10分钟左右的oddball任务,通过按键对目标刺激进行响应,同时借助功能近红外光谱技术对被试执行任务时的大脑前额叶区域进行血氧监测,实验共分为三个组别:同性组(男*男),单人组(男),异性组(男*女)。实验得到的血氧数据进行激活分析、功能连接分析和脑网络分析,从而判断不同组别执行oddball任务时脑区的激活情况以及各个通道之间的连通强度等。实证分析主要利用卡罗琳嗜睡量表(KSS)以及正确率和反应时进行警戒水平的判定,对不同组别的KSS量表数据进行前后测得分、正确率以及反应时进行独立样本t检验分析,再对不同组别的KSS量表数据进行两两的配对样本t检验,探究不同组别之间是否有显著性差异。根据数据分析可以得出以下结论:(1)社会存在效应对煤矿监控作业员的警戒绩效水平有显著性影响;(2)社会存在效应引起前额叶脑区的显著激活;(3)社会存在效应对煤矿监控作业员的脑网络连接模式有显著性影响,对信息传输状态没有显著性影响;(4)社会存在效应可以抑制警觉衰退;(5)性别助长效应对煤矿监控作业员的警戒绩效水平有显著性影响;(6)性别助长效应引起右侧背外侧额上回脑区的显著激活;(7)性别助长效应对煤矿监控作业员的脑网络连接模式及信息传输状态没有显著性影响;(8)性别助长效应可以抑制警觉衰退。

       研究结果表明女性搭档对煤矿监控作业员执行认知任务时的警戒绩效有显著影响,甚至执行任务后警戒性水平略高于男性搭档组合。因此本研究认为女性是可以胜任煤矿监控作业员的岗位的。双人作业的大脑功能连通性比单人作业时要强,且同性组的Sigma值大于单人组,说明双人作业时脑网络的信息传输效率比单人作业要高,因此本研究认为煤矿监控作业员岗位适合双人作业。

       In order to prevent and respond to the security risks brought by various disasters and establish a sound public safety system, in March 2018, at the first meeting of the 13th National People’s Congress, the State Council agency approved the establishment of the Emergency Management Department of the People’s Republic of China. It can be seen that emergency management has an important position related to national public security. Due to the particularity of the coal industry, its disaster consequences are serious, so the State Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau is also placed under the management of the emergency management department. However, when a coal mine accident occurs, whether personnel can detect it in time and take emergency measures plays an important role in reducing accident losses and ensuring the safety of miners. With the popularization of smart mining systems, more and more positions require long-term monitoring operations. The level of vigilance performance is related to the safety of the entire coal mine production and the timeliness of accident handling. This research plan analyzes the influence of different combinations of work partners on vigilance performance from the perspective of social promotion (gender promotion, social existence), and explores through a combination of experiment and empirical analysis.

         The experimental analysis is to let the subjects perform an oddball task for about 10 minutes, respond to the target stimulus by pressing the button, and use the functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology to monitor the blood oxygen in the prefrontal region of the brain when the subjects perform the task. Divided into three groups: same-sex group (male * male), single group (male), heterosexual group (male * female). The blood oxygen data obtained in the experiment is subjected to activation analysis, functional connection analysis and brain network analysis, so as to determine the activation of brain regions and the strength of connectivity between various channels when different groups perform the oddball task. The empirical analysis mainly uses the Caroline Sleepiness Scale (KSS) and the correct rate and response time to determine the alert level, and conducts independent sample t-test analysis on the KSS scale data of different groups before and after the test score, the correct rate and the response time. , And then perform pairwise paired-sample t-tests on the KSS scale data of different groups to explore whether there are significant differences between different groups. According to data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The effect of social presence has a significant impact on the vigilance performance level of coal mine monitoring workers; (2) The effect of social presence causes significant activation of the prefrontal brain area; (3) The effect of social presence has a significant effect on the brain network connection of monitoring workers in coal mines The model has a significant impact, and has no significant impact on the state of information transmission; (4) Social presence effects can inhibit the decline in vigilance; (5) Gender-enhancing effects have a significant impact on the vigilance performance of coal mine monitoring workers; (6) Gender The facilitating effect causes significant activation of the right dorsolateral superior frontal gyrus; (7) The gender facilitating effect has no significant effect on the brain network connection mode and information transmission status of coal mine monitoring workers; (8) The gender facilitating effect can suppress alertness decline.

       The research results show that female partners have significant impact on the vigilance performance of coal mine monitoring workers when performing cognitive tasks, and the vigilance level after performing tasks is even slightly higher than that of male partners. Therefore, this study believes that women are qualified for the positions of coal mine monitoring operators. The functional connectivity of the brain function of the two-person operation is stronger than that of the single-person operation, and the Sigma value of the same-sex group is greater than that of the single-person group, indicating that the information transmission efficiency of the brain network is higher in the two-person operation than the single-person operation. Therefore, this study believes that the coal mine monitoring operator The position is suitable for two-person operations.
