烟气控制系统性能化设计是建筑消防安全性能化设计的重要内容。中庭类建筑在新 建的大型商业建筑中得到广泛应用。但是中庭这种“大空间结构”的特点,使得传统防火 分区分隔措施和排烟方案实施困难,对传统建筑所采用的防排烟技术提出了挑战。基于 上述原因,根据我国中庭建筑的特点,建立实现我国中庭烟气控制的性能化设计具有重 要意义。 本文开展了以木垛作为火源的大空间实体火灾实验。结果表明,烟气沉降速度很快, 在较短的时间充满中庭空间,但烟气温升幅度不大,中庭火灾威胁人员生命安全的主要 因素在于烟气的毒性和遮光性,而不是烟气温度;火源热释放速率和机械捧烟是决定中 庭烟气层温度升高和烟气层下降的主要因素;机械排烟有利于减小热烟气的温度,减缓 烟气层的下降速度,选取适当的排烟量,有利于烟气的稳定分层的形成。应用FDS场 模拟程序对实验进行模拟计算,并将数值计算结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,对比结 果表明该程序可以较好地预测大空间建筑火灾烟气的发展。 使用FDS软件进行烟气流动计算,分别就设计火灾强度、火源位置以及中庭的形 状系数和中庭体积等因素对中庭烟气层发展的影响进行模拟分析。对某大型购物中心的 中庭烟气控制系统进行性能化分析,提出火灾时应尽快隔断中庭与周围楼层至少是与顶 层的连通,中庭与周围楼层之间设置可靠的防火分隔是非常必要的,并且还要保证火灾 时防火卷帘与中庭的排烟系统是联动的,火灾发生以后防火卷帘能够及时放下,这是确 保中庭建筑防火安全的重要消防措施。建议对中庭周围未着火楼层、疏散走道和防烟楼 梯间进行正压送风,形成对中庭的正压态势以防止烟气进入。通过工程实例详细说明了 中庭烟气控制系统性能化设计的全过程。

Performance-based design of fire smoke management system is an important part of fire prote硝on analysis and design ofbuildinss.Atrium ImUding,s a糟used widely in the new large commercial building.But because of the"large-volmne"structure of the atrium,their fire-protection designs,including fire comparunent and smoke exhaust system,put forward a challenge to the smoke control technology adopted in traditional builclings.For all these reasons.according to the situation of our country,it will be meaningf试to the performance·based fire design offire smoke management system in=xium balldmgs. Full—scale experiments ofwoods as fire in the large space building have been made.The results show that the settling rate of smoke is very quick.The time required to fill an atrium with smoke is very short,but smoke temperatme is not high Smoke is the major∞u∞of hazard during a血inm fire,not smoke temperature.The fire loads and the mechanical exhaust are the important factors affecting the stability of the smoke layer.The method of smoke actracti∞through the mechanical exhaust system is an effective approach to maintain the smoke layer at a steady clear height.It applies the program FDS to the numerical experiments. Then the numerical results a托compared with that of the model experiments,删铷that the program is appficable.It makes validation oftl圮software well.
