随着国家经济的飞速发展和铁路运输规模的不断扩大,对承受巨大荷载作用的既有铁路桥梁运营安全提出了更高的要求。本文通过研究构建一类与现行铁路设备安全管理机制相适应的三级安全管理平台,利用在铁路局、工务段、车间三级管理机构之间设计搭建信息网络交流管理系统,实现对既有铁路桥梁服役状态的安全监测和诊断评估。 本文针对桥梁设备工况的具体特点,通过以对前端891-4型加速度传感器的无线通信方式处理和对后方手持终端的程序控制为基本设计思路,利用模糊数学理论及构建专家评估系统,来完成对桥梁安全评估系统的设计与应用。在系统总体设计方面,以既有西安铁路局现役桥梁设备为目标主体,以搭建传感器系统、数据通信系统、数据处理系统、安全评估预警系统和信息显示系统为系统模式,通过建立车间、工务段、铁路局三级安全网络体系为网络管理系统,最终完成以功能设计为基础支持平台的系统总体设计框架;在系统软件设计方面,以用户层、实现层、应用层、服务层、数据层和网络层为系统层次设计方案,综合分析三级管理体系维护终端、基本实现方式、桥梁数据信息获取、控制、处理及网络平台系统,最终实现系统软件的功能应用;在系统硬件设计方面,以选择硬件终端和实现系统互联为实现途径,合理完成该系统的硬件设备配置选型。 在禹门口黄河大桥的试验测试中,通过对该桥下承式钢桁梁的横向刚度现场检测,各项目标参数反映客观、准确,收到了较好的效果。 桥梁安全评估系统的建立是一项复杂的工程,涉及数据通信、计算机管理、结构工程、振动控制等多个学科,如何更为有效地深入研究和开发设计,在目前看来,仍是一项系统工程,还有许多待完善和优化的工作需要进行。

With the rapid development of the national economy and expanding the scale of railway transportion, to bear the great load of the existing railway bridge, put a higher operational safety requirements. This paper studies a class of building with the existing safety management system of railway equipment suited to three security management platform, by the Railway Administration, the Public Works section of three-level management workshop designed to build information network between the exchange management system, to realize the existing railway serving the state of the bridge safety monitoring and diagnostic evaluation. In this paper, bridge equipment, the specific characteristics of working conditions, through to the 891-4 type acceleration sensor, processing and wireless communication handheld terminals on the rear of process control as the basic design ideas, the use of fuzzy theory and expert assessment system to complete the construction of the a comprehensive assessment of bridge condition to completion of the bridge safety evaluation system design and applications. Overall design aspects of the system to the existing Xi'an Railway Bureau, the main active bridge equipment target in order to build sensor systems, data acquisition systems, data processing systems, safety assessment and early warning systems and information display systems for the system model, through the establishment of workshops, the Public Works Duan, Railway Bureau, three safety net system as the network management system, and eventually to complete the functional design of a system based on overall design framework of the support platform; in system software design, the user layer, to achieve layer, application layer, service layer, data layer and the network layer for system-level design, a comprehensive analysis of three-tier management system, maintenance of the terminal, basically means the bridge data acquisition, control, processing and network platform system, and ultimately the function of system software applications; in the system hardware design, in order to Select the hardware terminals and means to achieve the system interconnect to achieve a reasonable completion of the system's hardware device configuration selection. In the pilot test Yumenkou Yellow River Railway Bridge, through the bridge truss beam transverse stiffness on-site inspection, the target parameters reflect the objective, accurate, and received good results. The establishment of bridge safety evaluation system is a complex project, involving data communications, computer management, structural engineering, vibration control and many other disciplines, how to be more effective in-depth research and development and design, in the current view, is still a systems engineering, there are many to be improved and optimized for the work to be done.
