山东省滨州市是“国家十二五规划”中“黄河三角洲经济带”与“沿海蓝色经济带”重叠建设发展的重点区域,这给滨州的经济发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。面对新时代的机遇与挑战,滨州市“十二五”规划中综合判断未来五年将处于:追赶超越黄金期、产业结构转型期、综合交通枢纽形成期、比较优势显现期、城乡统筹加速期。同时要求金融机构务必服务于当地社会经济发展的需要。中国银行滨州分行作为滨州地区重要的金融机构,其不仅能够为当地企业发展提供良好的资金保障,同时借助于金融机构本身的资金调配作用,依托区位优势、人才和科技优势,紧跟滨州经济的发展步伐,为广大客户提供更加全面、更加优质的金融服务,为滨州经济又好又快发展做出更大的贡献。 本文以分析和解决中国银行滨州分行的经营现状和存在问题为目的,针对目前中国银行滨州分行其所面临的宏观环境发展状况以及银行内部现有的管理机制,以中国银行滨州分行发展战略的内容以及实施对策为研究对象,首先分析了整个研究背景以及意义,其次是对战略管理的一般理论进行了探讨。在此基础上对中国银行滨州分行战略环境进行分析,找出了其目前发展中的不足以及存在问题,最后对中国银行滨州分行发展战略及战略实施对策进行了探讨。 通过以上研究,本文认为中国银行滨州分行应将战略实施管理、人力资源管理、财务预算管理、风险内控管理以及信息科技管理五个方面作为未来发展战略方向,以促进滨州分行提高快速发展能力和可持续发展能力,打造核心竞争能力,实现中国银行滨州分行良性健康发展,确保中国银行滨州分行在未来更好地服务于整个中国银行的战略布局以及滨州市的整体发展,充分发挥银行自身的经济调节能力,满足企业发展的资金需求。

Binzhou city, Shandong province is an key area of overlapping construction and development of National 12th five-year plan and the Yellow River delta economic belt and coastal blue economic zone, which brings new challenges and opportunities for the development of economy of Binzhou city. Faced with the challenges and opportunities of the new era, comprehensively concluded, in the 12th five-year plan, Binzhou city will pursue and surpass the golden period, industrial structure transformation phase,comprehensive transportation hub formation period, comparative advantage appearance period and urban and rural overall acceleration period. And meanwhile, financial institutions are required to serve the needs of the local social and economic development. As an important financial institution in Binzhou, The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch can not only guarantee and provide a good local funding for enterprise development, but also provide customers with more comprehensive and high-quality financial services and make greater contributions for the high-speed economy in Binzhou city by making use of its capital allocation function and its valuable geographical, talents and technical advantages. Aiming at the macro environment development status and the interior current management mechanism The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch, faces, with the content of its development strategy and its implementation of countermeasures as the research object, this paper aims to analyze the current operating status and deal with the existing problems The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch faces, firstly analyzing the whole research background and significance, and then discussing the general theory of strategic management. Based on this, this paper anal sizes the strategic environment of The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch, finding out the deficiencies and problems in its development and finally discussing the development strategy and strategic implementation countermeasures of The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch. Through the above research, this paper insists The Bank of China, Binzhou Branch should take the following five aspects as its strategic development direction in the future, that is, Implement of Strategy Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Budget Management, Risk Management of Internal Control and Information Technology Management, to enhance the sustainable development and high-speed development ability, building its core competition ability, Implementing its healthy development, ensuring Binzhou Branch will serve the strategic layout of The Bank of China and the general development of Binzhou city better, giving full play to the bank's own economic adjustment ability and meeting the financing needs of development of enterprises.
