为了保证矿井提升机的安全运行,本文设计了一套基于ARM和Linux操作系统的矿井提升机后备保护装置,并详细论述了其设计开发过程。
在概述了矿井提升机在煤矿生产中的重要作用,明确了其后备保护器开发的必要性,并通过对现有的后备保护器的分析,指出现有的后备保护器存在以下缺点:保护功能不易扩展、人机界面不够友好和无法实现远程监测等基础上,本文提出了一种基于嵌入式系统ARM—Linux的提升机后备保护器设计方案,该保护器硬件上采用高性能ARM9芯片S3C2440为核心处理器,具有功耗低、运行速率快、片内资源丰富等优点;软件上采用Linux为操作系统,具有功能强大支持网络通信、支持多种硬件平台、易于移植、高度模块化、易于开发的优点;该提升机后备保护系统具有多任务、实时性强、功能扩展容易和远程监测等特点,其保护功能主要包括:过压、过流、过速、过卷保护等,采用电压、电流变送器和数模转换器实现了过压、过流保护;采用霍尔转速传感器实现了过速、过卷保护;另外,研制保护装置中的LCD、触摸屏及用户图形界面的采用方便了人机交互,提高了生产效率;采用无线GPRS模块实现了提升机的运行信息远程无线监测功能,相比有线传输而言,无线传输更为方便。实验测试表明,该保护装置达到了设计要求,能够保证矿井提升机的安全正常运行。

In order to guarantee the safe operation of the hoist, a protection system for the hoist based on ARM9 and Linux is designed. The complete developing process of the protection system is discussed on details.
The important function of the hoist is summarized, and the necessity of developing protection system is clarified. By analyzing of the available back up protection system of the hoist, there are so many problems which need to be solved, such as difficult function extension, inflexible human-machine interfaces, lack of remote monitoring and so on. On this basis, the protection system for the hoist based on ARM-Linux is designed. S3C2440 is used as the core processor of the protection system, which has the advantages of low power, high speed process, and rich internal resources. Linux is used as the operation system, which has the advantages of supporting network communication, supporting kinds of hardware platform, easy portability, high modularization, easier development and so on. The protection system has many characteristics, such as multitask, strong real-time, easy expansion of functions, remote monitoring. There are many protection functions in this protection system, including over-voltage protection, over-current protection, speed limit protection and over-wind protection. The over-voltage and over-current protection is implemented by ADC and converter of current and voltage, and over-wind and speed limit protection is realized by hall rotational speed sensor. The human-machine interaction becomes more flexible because of LCD, Touch screen and GUI, which also increases the production efficiency. GPRS that is the main part of the wireless transmission is used, with which the remote monitoring of hoists is realized. Comparing with wired transmission, the wireless transmission is more convenient. The tested results show that the protection system can meet the requirements of the design, with which the hoist can operate safely.
