在市场经济社会,企业间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。M公司是船舶码头液体化学品装卸、仓储、分装、输送等物流服务专业型企业,对于人才的装卸运技术、安全等多专业的要求高,但是,自从公司成立以来,缺乏对人才的正确认识,人力资源管理采用“以工资为核心”的管理,人力资源无战略规划,人才流动性大,人才培养方法不不科学等问题,这严重影响、制约公司的发展。 本论文在理论分析基础上结合M公司实例,对解决企业发展中出现的问题和面临的困难进行了分析研究,并从M公司的角度出发提出了相关对策和建议。主要包括对人力资源管理和人才培养理论进行了介绍,通过比较,明确指出了人才和普通人力资源管理的不同,为人才培养和发展研究奠定了坚实的理论基础;以M公司作为研究实例对其人才现状进行了介绍,并对公司人才管理过程中的问题及出现原因进行了研究分析;结合公司实际和出现的问题,对今后公司人才培养和发展工作提出了几点对策和建议。 未来公司采取组织架构设计、职位发展路径设计、人才测评体系建立、网络信息平台建立等方法开展人才培训与发展、绩效激励、人才选拔、企业文化建设引导、离职管理方面全面推动人才培养发展机制,为M公司人力资源提供指导。

In the society of market economy, the competition between enterprises is the talent competition in the final analysis. M company is shipping wharf handling, storage, packaging of liquid chemicals, transportation and other logistics services enterprises, the personnel handling and transporting technology, security and other requirements of many professional high, however, since the company since its establishment, the lack of correct understanding of talents, human resources management "as the core to the salary management," human resources no strategic planning, flow of talent, talent training method is not scientific and so on, which seriously affect, restrict the development of the company. On the basis of theory analysis combined with M company as an example, analyzes the problems in the development of enterprises and the difficulties, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of M company. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: The human resources management and personnel training theory are introduced, by comparison, clearly points out that the personnel and human resource management, lays a solid theoretical foundation for personnel training and development research; Taking M company as the research example, introduces its present situation of talents, and the reason of talent management process problems and analyzed; Combined with the company's actual situation and problems, in the future, personnel training and development and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. For providing the HR method to M company, the future company can take the organizational structure design, position design, development path of talent assessment system, network information platform establishment method combined with the training and development, performance incentive, recruitment, enterprise culture construction, promote the comprehensive talent management turnover management.
