本文提出一种基于电力线载波通信技术的矿井通风监控系统设计方案,主要研究了电力线载波通信的调制技术以及监控分站的软硬件设计。系统采用SCADA的控制理念,将井下已有照明线路作为系统底层通信链路,不仅能提供足够多的监测覆盖面,还可减少因线路故障而引起的系统失效;设计以ATmega128单片机为核心的监控分站并将其作为系统远程终端单元,可实现对井下瓦斯、CO、温度、风速等参数及局部通风机等机电设备运行状态的实时监测。 针对传统调制技术应用于电力线通信时质量差的问题,本文提出将扩频技术作为载波调制技术,利用其良好的抗干扰性、抗衰落性,将电力线载波通信应用于本系统中。 监控分站硬件部分主要包括电源模块、数据采集模块、存储单元、通信模块及人机接口。针对井下通常使用的电流型传感器设计了I/V转换电路,配合ATmega128内部10位ADC实现对8路模拟输入的循环采集,并在软件中采用数字滤波技术对数据进行处理以降低误差;设计了基于PL2102及其相应载波发送、接收及耦合电路的载波模块,并在软件中采用MODBUS-RTU协议实现中心站与分站间总线式的通信;为保证监控分站的独立性,采用接口为SPI、容量为2MB的闪存PM25LV016作为存储单元,与T/C配合实现监测量实时、快速、准确存储;扩展的液晶显示屏和键盘支持监测监控量实时显示及参数就地手动更改,使系统功能更加完善。 通过实验验证,所设计的监控分站测试精度能达1.2%,实现了显示、存储以及参数更改等功能,满足了监控分站的设计要求。

This paper proposes a kind of mine ventilation monitor and control system based on power line carrier communication. The main research contents of this paper are key technology of power line carrier communication and hardware and software design of monitoring substation. Using the concept of SCADA, this paper proposes a data transmission plan which use existing downhole lighting cable as the communication links, which can not only provide enough monitoring coverage, but also reduce the system failure caused by broken lines. This paper also designs an monitoring substation based on ATmega128 and takes the substation as remote terminal unit, which can collect several parameters such as gas, CO, temperature, wind speed and running status of local fan and other mechanical and electrical equipment. Aimed at the poor quality of traditional modulation technology applied in power line communication, the paper chooses Spread Spectrum method as the key technology of PLC. The good anti-interference and resistance to decline make PLC has great possibility applied in the mine ventilation monitor and control system. The hardware of this substation contains power supply module, data acquisition module, a storage unit, communication module and man-machine interface. Current sensors are commonly used in mine, on this basis, I/V conversion circuit is designed, and works with 10bits ADC of ATmega128, it can achieve cycle of 8 channels underground environment parameters gathering, and digital filtering technology is used in the software for reducing error. Carrier module based on PL2102 is designed and works with relevant carrier sending, receiving and coupling circuits, MODBUS-RTU protocol is used in software to achieve bus communication between master station and substation. To achieve real-time, rapid and accurate save, PM25LV016 with SPI interface and 2MB storage capacity Flash memory is designed and works with a T/C as a storage module. Extensional LCD and keys support monitoring variables real-time display and parameters modification manually and in-place, it makes the substation fully functional. Experimental verification shows that the test precision of this substation can reach to 1.2%, and other functions such as display, storage and parameter change, have been realized one by one. It turns out to be a reasonable design and meets the design requirement of the monitoring substation.
