企业文化对一个公司的可持续发展具有至关重要的意义。企业文化建设的缺失，是我国企业快速发展中企业文化建设没能跟上企业发展的问题，也是我国企业长期发展、参与国际竞争存在的巨大隐患。本文聚焦于探索Z公司企业文化建设这一主题，主要的研究工作及成果如下： （1）介绍了企业文化概念及发展，分析了企业文化建设方法。本文首先从狭义和广义两个方面介绍了企业文化的概念及其理论的发展情况；分析了企业文化的特点和中外文化的差异；分析了企业文化建设的各个步骤，描述了企业文化建设的方法。阐明企业文化是一个企业的性格、是一个企业所独有的气质和魅力、是一个企业的统一价值观和规范、是全员所共同遵循的行为准则。企业文化是现代企业先进的管理方式。 （2）分析了Z公司企业文化现状。通过对Z公司的全面介绍，说明了Z公司在企业改革重组后的发展中，抓住机遇、大胆改革，实现了良好的经济效益，已经建立的完善的研发、生产、销售、服务体系，为企业今后的发展打下较好的物质基础；同时提出了Z公司存在的员工不满意问题是由于企业文化的缺失造成，分析了造成这种现象的主要原因是企业文化建设没能跟上企业发展所致；阐述了企业文化建设对企业发展的重要意义。 （3）构建了Z公司企业文化建设框架。本文从企业文化建设的原则分析入手，提出了企业文化建设的目标、内容和路径以及七个方面的主要措施来构建Z公司企业文化建设的框架。结合Z公司实际，分析了企业文化建设同一性、科学化和人性化、融合性等6项基本原则；提出并阐述以建立企业共同价值观、塑造进取健康的企业精神、确立正确的经营哲学、设计良好的企业形象、增强团队意识、提高企业制定和道德水平的企业文化建设目标；并论述了以价值观、经营理念的提炼、企业制度建设等六项内容为主的企业文化建设、有效路径及保障措施。
