习近平总书记强调，要高举中华民族大团结的旗帜，加强各族人民团结精神的培育。团结精神是中华民族砥砺奋进的强大精神动力，在中华民族的精神谱系中处于重要地位，是中华民族得以生生不息、永续发展的必要条件。进入中国特色社会主义新时代，加强大学生团结精神的培育，提高其在社会实践中的团结协作能力，是新时代高校思想政治教育的重要使命，也是落实新时代立德树人根本任务的内在要求。特别是，通过思想政治教育，加强大学生团结精神的培育，为实现中国梦而凝心聚力，充分地发挥其凝心聚力的作用。大学生团结精神培育的效果如何，不仅关系到大学生的成才成才和价值实现，更是关系到中华民族的大团结。这就需要在科学把握大学生团结精神培育现状的基础上，给出具体可行的培育路径。因此，加强新时代大学生团结精神培育路径探究，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文以新时代大学生团结精神培育为研究内容，在对研究背景、研究意义及国内外研究现状梳理的基础上，对相关概念及理论基础进行分析。从团结互助的优良品格、戮力同心的协作精神、万众一心的民族意识、坚定不移的伟大梦想四个方面，阐释新时代大学生团结精神培育的主要内容。从强化民族认同感的客观要求、维护社会稳定与长治久安的现实需求、实现大学生全面发展的必然要求、实现民族伟大复兴梦的力量之源、推动构建人类命运共同体的精神支撑五个方面，阐明新时代大学生团结精神培育的重要意义。采取问卷调查和访谈的方式，对高校大学生团结精神培育现状进行概括，尤其是对存在的主要问题及成因进行分析。从高校、社会、大学生等多个方面提出新时代大学生团结精神培育的基本路径。高校需完善思想政治理论课的相关内容，推进团结精神培育内容与课程体系的有效衔接融入，增强教师队伍关于团结精神理论阐释与培育能力，发挥教师个人榜样示范作用。社会有关方面要加强精神文明建设，确立团结精神培育的正确导向，营造和谐团结的社会氛围，以优秀作品引导大学生团结精神的培育，加强企业联动效能发挥，实现团结精神培育的全方位，净化网络环境和培育多元校园传承载体。大学生个人要加强团结精神方面的理论学习，进行自我培育，广泛参与团结精神培育的实践活动，强化社会责任意识和担当精神。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly pointed out in various conferences that we should hold high the banner of the great unity of the Chinese nation and strengthen the cultivation of the unity spirit of the people of all ethnic groups. The spirit of solidarity is a powerful spiritual driving force for the Chinese nation to push forward, which occupies an important position in the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese nation. Furthermore, it is a necessary condition for the endless and sustainable development of the Chinese nation. As we enters a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students' spirit of solidarity and enhance their ability of solidarity and collaboration during the process of social practice, because it is both an important mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era and the inherent requirement of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue in the new era. More importantly, we should strengthen the cultivation of college students' spirits of solidarity by implementing ideological and political education, and give full play to the role of the spirit of solidarity, so as to make contribution to the realization of the Chinese dream. The cultivation effect of college students' spirits of solidarity is vital to the success and value realization of college students, even the great unity of the Chinese nation. Therefore, it is necessary to find out a concrete and feasible cultivation approach on the basis of scientifically understanding the present situation of cultivating college students' spirits of solidarity. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to bring more efforts to the exploration of the cultivation path of college students' spirits of solidarity in the new era.Taking the cultivation of college students' spirit of solidarity in the new era as the research object, the author firstly analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis after combing the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad. Secondly, it further illustrates the main contents of cultivating college students' spirit of solidarity in the new era from the following perspectives, such as the fine character of unity and mutual assistance, the spirit of cooperation with one heart, the national consciousness of one heart and one mind, and the unswerving great dream. Thirdly, it states the significance of cultivating college students' spirit of solidarity in the new era, specifically, they are the objective requirements of strengthening national identity, the realistic needs of maintaining social stability and long-term stability, the inevitable requirements of realizing the all-round development of college students, the source of strength of realizing the great national rejuvenation dream, and the spiritual support of promoting the construction of a community with shared future for mankind. On this basis, the author probes into the present situation of cultivating college students' spirit of solidarity by adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and interview, it further analyzes the main problems and causes,and puts forward the basic path of cultivating college students' spirits of solidarity in the new era from the dimensions of universities, society and college students.1) From the perspective of colleges and universities, they shall need improve the relevant contents of ideological and political theory courses, promote the effective connection and integration of the cultivation content of unity spirit and the curriculum system, enhance the ability of teachers to explain and cultivate the theory of spirits of solidarity, and give full play to the exemplary role of teachers. 2) From the perspective of society, it suggests that relevant social parties shall strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, establish the correct orientation of the cultivation of unity spirit, create a harmonious and united social atmosphere, guide the cultivation of college students' spirits of solidarity with excellent works, strengthen the efficiency of enterprise linkage, realize the all-round cultivation of unity spirit, purify the network environment and cultivate diversified campus inheritance carriers. 3) From the perspective of college students, they should strengthen the theoretical study of unity spirit, cultivate themselves, participate in the practical activities of cultivating unity spirit extensively, and strengthen the sense of social responsibility and the spirit of responsibility.
