瓦斯灾害事故是影响煤矿安全生产的主要因素之一,而预抽煤层瓦斯是解决该类事故的最根本、最有效的措施。本文根据流体在多孔介质中的质量守恒定律,以定向水平长钻孔周围煤体瓦斯流动场为研究对象,建立了钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯渗流模型,并分析了其数值求解方法。应用弹塑性力学及采动岩体力学,推导出钻孔周围煤体破坏范围数学方程,得到钻孔周围煤体卸压破坏范围半径。通过FLUENT数值模拟软件,分析了不同抽采时间、抽采负压、煤层渗透率、煤层瓦斯压力、钻孔直径等条件下的钻孔抽采半径和瓦斯抽采量,得到各因素对钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯的影响规律。
根据神华宁夏煤业集团公司白芨沟煤矿的实际条件,分析了该矿煤层瓦斯赋存规律,以及综采工作面瓦斯涌出规律,应用分源预测法得到工作面的瓦斯涌出量。基于分析煤层瓦斯钻孔合理预抽期主要影响因素,建立了合理预抽期模型,结合定向水平长钻孔布置原则,得到该工作面煤层瓦斯合理预抽期。通过现场实践分析,得到定向水平长钻孔抽采瓦斯效果及特点,证明其对于降低回采工作面的瓦斯涌出量,保证白芨沟煤矿安全生产具有重要意义,并表明FLUENT计算机模拟软件对矿区瓦斯抽采工艺参数的选取具有重要的理论参考价值。

Gas disasters that affect the major coal mine production safety factor, and pre-pumping coal seam gas is a solution of such accidents the most fundamental and most effective measures. This fluid in porous media according to the conservation of mass, to directional drilling of coal body around the level of long gas flow field as the research object, the establishment of the boreholes coal gas seepage model and analysis of its numerical solution. According to Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Baijigou the actual conditions of coal mines, coal mine gas deposit of the law, and Working Face Gas Emissions Rules, applications are sub-source prediction of gas emission face. Reasonable based on analysis of coal seam gas drilling pumping of the main factors expected to establish a reasonable period of pre-pumping model, combined with the principle of directional horizontal borehole arrangement, be reasonably expected that the coal seam gas drainage period. Practice through on-site analysis, directional horizontal borehole effects and characteristics of CMM, to prove that lowering the working face of the gas emission, to ensure safety in coal mines Baijigou important, and that the computer simulation software FLUENT mine gas extraction process parameters have important theoretical reference value.
