摘 要 具备显著的核心竞争力对于商业银行来说具有重要意义。本文在分析中小型商业银行核心竞争力现状及存在问题的基础上,借鉴核心竞争力的相关理论及学者的研究成果,遴选盈利性、安全性、流动性和可持续发展性指标构建了中小型商业银行核心竞争力评价指标体系,选取北京银行、南京银行、杭州银行等19家中小型商业银行进行实证分析。首先,结合专家评分结果,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重;其次,通过对各指标的量化分析构建中小型商业银行核心竞争力评价模型,最后,对选定的19家中小型商业银行核心竞争力进行评测,明确了其核心竞争力的发展水平。 通过研究,主要得到了以下结论。第一,我国中小型商业银行经营额度和银行规模显著提升,有效引进了战略投资者,跨区域经营不断凸显,联合重组组建夸区域银行,借助资本市场以谋求上市发展,但仍存在差别化竞争能力不足,组织制度不够合理等问题。第二,我国中小型商业银行资本状况、资产质量、流动性已经满足基本核心竞争力的要求,但距优秀水平还有较大差距;地区之间中小型商业银行核心竞争力差距在逐步的缩小,但中西部地仍较为落后;中小型商业银行仍在与国有银行及股份制商业银行进行同质化的经营竞争。第三,北京银行、南京银行、杭州银行的核心竞争力排前三名,表现非常突出,具备了较强的核心竞争力;宁夏银行、汉口银行、内蒙古银行和富滇银行排在所选中小型商业银行的最后,难以与其他中小型商业银行相抗衡。第四,提出了提升中小型商业银行核心竞争力的有效措施,包括合理提升银行盈利规模、通过有效的风险管理机制提高安全性、提高商业银行资产流动性、明确市场定位以保持可持续性发展等。

ABSTRACT The great core competitiveness will play an important role for commercial banks. This paper studies on the current situation of the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks, and uses the related theory and research results of other scholars for reference. Then the paper choices profitability factors, security factors, liquidity factors, sustainability factors as the basic factors to evaluate the development level of core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks. After that, the paper takes 19 small and medium-sized commercial banks as examples, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to make the weight of the factors, to evaluate the development level of core competitiveness of them. The paper gets four conclusions as follows. First, the small and medium-sized commercial banks develop rapidly in the resent years, the business lines and scale promotes observably, bring in strategic investor, trans-regional management, joint and reorganization, and so on. However, there are some problems as well, such as the lack of differentiation competition ability, unreasonable organizational system, and so on. Second, the capital position, asset quality and liquidity of small and medium-sized commercial banks can meet the require of great core competitiveness, but from the excellent level and larger gap; the gap between different regions in the gradually shrinking, but the Midwest is still relatively backward; small and medium-sized commercial banks is still compete with State-owned Banks and joint-stock commercial Banks in homogeneity of business competition. Third, the best small and medium-sized commercial bank of great core competitiveness is Beijing Bank, Nanjing Bank and Hangzhou Bank, they put up a good performance; Ningxia Bank, Hankou Bank, Inner Mongolia Bank and Fudian Bank behave badly with core competitiveness. At last, the paper puts forward enhance countermeasures, such as developing rational scale of bank earnings, improving safety with risk management mechanism, improving the commercial bank liquidity, making clear market positioning, and so on.
