随着多媒体数字业务的迅速发展,高效快速的编码算法的研究与实现已成为视频图像传输的关键技术。有效的压缩编码算法的研究与实现对视频码流的实时传输有着重要的研究意义和应用价值。 本文针对视频压缩编码技术的理论依据和可行性,深入研究了H.263视频压缩编码标准的编码框架、实现原理和软件实现方法;针对视频编码标准的发展及应用领域,从提高图像编码质量和编码速度入手,着重研究并实现了熵编码算法;针对多媒体处理芯片TMS320DM642,采用DSP/BIOS操作系统,对H.263编码软件进行了DSP实现。 本文首先用C语言实现了游程编码、基于语法的算术编码与霍夫曼编码的混合编码。通过计算机软件仿真验证,对30帧/秒CIF格式的图像序列,在Q=10的情况下进行测试,游程编码方法能达到13帧/秒左右的编码速度。与TMN3.20相比,在保证编码图像质量的前提下,虽然平均码率稍有上升,但编码速度提高了5~7倍。其次,在基于600MHz TI TMS320DM642 DSP芯片的图像处理平台上,对本文的编码算法进行了移植、结构调整和代码优化,实现了H.263编码标准的采集、压缩与回放功能。最后,本文在基于JM11的软件平台上,对H.264视频压缩编码标准中的CABAC和CAVLC两种编码方法进行了仿真对比,在保证一定图像质量的前提下,CABAC编码方法可以有效的降低平均编码码率。

With the multi-media figure business development, the research and implementation of high-effect encoder algorithm is become the key technology of video image transfers.The study and implementation of compress encoder effectly is impartant to real transfer of video steam in study significance and apply value. Base on the theory and feasibility of vedio compress encoder technology, the encoding infrastructure, compress principal and software realization method of H.263 protocol are studied deeply in this dissertation. Aim to the development and application field of H.263 protocol, start with improving image code mass and code speed, the algorithm of entropy coding was studied and realizied. Aim to multi-media chip TMS320DM642, the H.263 encoder is realized based on DSP with DSP/BIOS operating system. Firstly, mix coding of Run-length coding, SAC coding and Huffman coding is realized with C program on PC in the dissertation. The simulation shows that Run-length coding speed reach to 13fps approximately, video image is 30fps, CIF, Q=10. Compared with TMN3.20, on the point of coding image quality, the average code rate is rise relatively, but the code speed is improved 5~7 times. Secondly, transplanted, structural adjustmented and code optimization the encoding algorithm in the dissertation, capture, compress and replay of encoding is relized on the flat of image process based on 600MHz TI TMS320DM642 DSP chip. Fianlly, coding methods of CABAC and CAVLC coding methods in H.264 vedio compress standard is simulated and contrasted based on JM11 software plat, on the point of image mass, CABAC can reduce the average code rate effectly.
