中国梦是中华儿女梦寐以求的理想和奋斗目标。在此背景下，习近平主席提出了社会主义核心价值观。大学生群体作为社会主义现代化事业的建设者和接班人，是祖国的未来，是民族的希望。在中国梦背景下，加强大学生社会主义核心价值观培育，树立大学生这一社会群体正确的行为准则，为实现中国梦提供支持，对于实现中国梦具有特殊而重要的现实意义。 本文从理论上深入思考社会主义核心价值观的基本内容，也从实践层面探讨大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的意义，从而发挥理论指导实践的作用。结合中国梦的时代背景，研究中国梦与大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的关系。通过问卷调查的形式了解大学生社会主义核心价值观教育现状以及存在的一些问题，以存在的问题为出发点，深入思考，分析了高校在大学生社会主义核心价值观教育中做出的努力及基本经验，对高校社会主义核心价值观教育的思路和实践对策进行研究，探索提出了加强大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的策略和方法，提出了将中国梦融入思想政治教育、坚持以人为本，全程融入高校教育、重视家庭教育，创新教育手段、增强实践教育的社会主义核心价值观教育三个主要方法，为其他相关性研究奠定一些理论基础和参考。

"Chinese dream" is the dream of the people's dreams and goals for each Chinese. In this context, President Xi Jinping put forward the socialist core values. College students, as builders and successors of the socialist modernization, is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. In the context of Chinese dream. Strengthening the cultivating of college students' socialist core value and establishing correct conduct code for the social group of college students, can provide support for the achievement of real "Chinese dream", which has special and important practical significance to realize the "China dream". In this paper, the basic content of socialist core values is considered from the theory, the education significance of the socialist core values is discussed from the practical level to explore too, so as to develop the guiding role of theory. According to the background of Chinese dream, the relationship between the "Chinese dream" and the education of the socialist core values of college students is researched. Through the form of questionnaire survey, the education situation of college students' socialist core value and existing problems at present are understood, starting from the existing problems and in-depth thinking, the efforts of universities and experience for the colleges students' socialist core value concept of education are analysed. Research is done on the education idea and practical countermeasures of socialist core value, exploring the strategies and methods of strengthening college students' socialist core value education. Three main practical methods of socialist core value view education are put forward, putting the Chinese dream into the ideological political education and adhere to the people-oriented, full integration of higher education and attaching importance to family education, innovative education means and enhancing education practice, which lays some theoretical basis and reference for the other correlation study.
