液压支架是煤矿综采工作面支护系统中的核心设备,用于支护巷道煤层顶板,防止矸石回落采煤区,最大限度的保障人员和设备的安全。阀是液压支架中的主要控制元件,支架中阀类元件主要包括安全阀、换向阀、液控单向阀、截止阀四类。阀类元件性能的好坏直接影响液压支架的工作状态,研究支架阀类元件性能测试方法与系统对保障煤矿安全生产有重要的现实意义。 本文依据国家标准GB25794.3-2010《煤矿用液压支架第3部分:液压控制系统及阀》中关于液压支架用阀类元件性能测试要求,研究确定了阀类元件性能测试系统需要完成的测试项目和主要检测参数。按照模块化的思想设计了阀类元件性能测试液压回路,并对液压试验台关键元件进行参数计算和元件选型。利用AME Sim建模仿真系统搭建了液压回路,以BD20K7-10B315Y型先导溢流阀、FHS400/125/31.5型电液换向阀、FDT-400/40型液控单向阀、FJZ400/31.5型截止阀为研究对象,在仿真模式下得到各阀特性试验性能参数变化曲线,以及阀芯阀体配合间隙、系统压力、温度等参数对电液换向阀内泄漏量的影响。经过分析研究,该液压回路满足阀类元件性能测试需求。基于虚拟仪器技术构建了测试系统硬件平台,完成了传感器、采集卡的选型以及调理电路的设计。以LABVIEW2011为软件开发平台,开发了支架阀类元件性能测试软件,集数据采集、数据处理、图形显示、数据查询、报表生成为一体,实现了对支架中不同类型阀类元件的性能检测。 通过实验对测试系统静态特性进行分析,结果表明各通道静态特性良好。最后以实验室现有设备—FCYCS-F液压控制阀组综合实验台为基础,搭建硬件测试平台进行功能验证,实验证明,本文研发的支架用阀类元件性能测试系统所具有的功能能够满足国家标准要求。

The hydraulic support is the core equipment in the fully mechanized coal mining face support system, which is used to support the roof of coal roadway to prevent the coal gangue from falling and maximum protection of personnel and equipment safety. Valves are the main control components in the hydraulic support, include relef valve, reversing valve, pilot-operated check valve, shut-off valve. The performance of the valve components directly affects the working condition of the hydraulic support. The study on valve components performance test methods and system has important practical significance for coal mine production. In this paper, according to the national standard GB25794.3-2010《coal mine hydraulic support part 3: hydraulic control system and valve》requirements for the hydraulic support valve components performance testing , Study identified the valve components performance test system needs to complete the test project and the main detection parameters. According to the modular design the valve component performance test hydraulic circuit, then complete hydraulic test bench key components parameter calculation and component selection. The hydraulic circuit is established in AMESim modeling and simulation system, take BD20K7-10B315Y type pilot relief valve, FHS400/31.5 type electro-hydraulic directional valve, FDT-400/40 type pilot-operated check valve, FJZ400/31.5 type shut-off valve as researc object, obtain valves characteristic test performance parameter change curve in simulation model, and research the influence of leakage on the electro hydraulic directional valve about clearance between valve core and valve body, System pressure, temperature. Through analysis, the hydraulic circuit meet valve components performance test requirements. Based on the virtual instrument technology establish the test system hardware platform,completed the sensor, the collection card selection and condition circuit design. Developed the stent valve component performance test software in LABVIEW2011, which set data acquisition, data processing, graphics display, data query, report generated as a whole, and complete performance test about different types of valve components in hydraulic support. Through experiment analyzed for test system static characteristics, the results show that the static characteristics of each channels are in good condition. Finally, based on laboratory equipment. FCYCS-F comprehensive experiment platform, established the hardware test platform for function verification, experiments show that the functions of the test system could satisfy the requirement of national standard examination.
