长安煤矿具有大采高、浅埋深的特点,在开采过程中4113工作面受到地表水体邵家湾沟的威胁。本文以该矿地表水体特征、水文地质特征、煤层赋存条件为研究背景,以长安煤矿4113采煤工作面在为研究对象,研究在采用综放采煤工艺开采的情况下,上覆岩层移动、变形特点,确定导水裂隙带高度、预测“两带”发育及涌水量和安全开采方案。 在研究过程中,通过对水文地质条件的分析,明确了各含(隔)水层的性质及其影响大小;通过相似材料模拟手段和数值模拟方法,分析了工作面上覆岩层的破坏过程和范围;应用类比工程,得出在相近开采条件下的导水裂隙发育高度。 研究结果表明,在邵家湾沟河流下,4113工作面可采用限制采高的方法进行综放安全开采。当采高在8m以下(采出率85%),预计导水裂隙带的发育高度不足以导通邵家湾沟河流,采取相应的综合防治水措施后,实施开采是安全、可行的。

Changan coal mining has the characteristics of large mining height and shallow depth. In the process of mining of 4113 coal face threatened by surface water Shao Jia Wan Gou.In this paper, the mine surface water characteristics and hydrogeological characteristics, coal seam conditions as the research background, the Changan coal mine 4113 coal face in as the research object, research on coal mining technology in the full-mechanized top-coal caving mining technology, overlying strata movement and deformation characteristics, determine the water conductive fissure belt height, "two belts" growth forecast and the water inflow and safe mining scheme. In the course of the study by analysis of the hydrogeological conditions, clear each containing (separated) layer of the nature and effect of the size; by similar material simulation and numerical simulation methods, analyzes the working surface of overlying strata failure process and the scope of application engineering analogy, in similar mining conditions of hydraulic fracture height. The results show that, in Shao Jia Wan Gou River, the safety of fully mechanized top coal caving mining method can limit mining height of 4113 coal face. The mining height is below 8m (recovery rate 85%) is the water flowing fractured zone can not be switched on Shao Jia Wan River, adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures of water after mining is safe and feasible.
