大水头煤矿1180运输大巷大部分地段处在松软的炭质泥岩,巷道围岩构造发育,加之受上部工作面采动影响,
巷道发生严重的变形和破坏,虽经多次修复加固,部分地段仍无法满足运输、通风和行人的要求,严重地影
响了矿井的正常生产。因此,研究大巷的修复支护技术,对大水头煤矿和矿区相似条件下的巷道修复具有重
要的现实意义和推广价值。
本文在对大水头煤矿1180运输大巷进行现场地质调研的基础上,分析了该巷道的工程特征及其围岩力学特征,
进行了围岩的物理力学性质的判定,确定该段运输大巷属于受到采东影响和地质构造影响的复合型软岩巷道。
通过对破坏现象、原支护状况的观测、总结,分析了该围岩条件下大巷的变形破坏特征、破坏原因,结合巷
道修复基本理论和有关成功经验,提出了1180运输大巷修复的支护原则和对策,对大巷的“注浆加固+锚网+
喷浆”联合支护机理进行了研究,提出了“注浆加固+锚网+喷浆”联合支护设计方案,计算确定了该方案的
基本参数,并提出了现场施工工艺和技术要求。现场应用和监测表明,提出的联合支护方案可以较好地控制
大巷的变形,保证巷道围岩的稳定性,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益.

Most part of 1180 haulage entry of DaShuiTou Coal Mine is in carbonaceous mudstone with well-developed
structures. Because of mining activities in the area above the entry, 1180 haulage entry was destroyed
seriously. Even after several times of maintenance, some part of it still can’t meet the requirement
for using. Consequently, normal operation of the coalmine is impacted significantly. So, study on maintenance
of such an entry is of important practical meaning and worth of promotion.
Based on close investigation on geologic condition where 1180 haulage entry and 1180 cross-cut are located,
we make analysis on characteristic of the entry and the surrounding rock as well. And basically we clarified
the physical mechanics and get the conclusion that this entry shall be classified as comprehensive soft rock entry.
Through monitoring and summarization on deformation and original support of the entry, we make analysis on
characteristic of deformation as well as the cause for it. Combining with the basic theory for maintenance of
entry and successful experience, we put forth the principles and countermeasures for support design of the entry
with similar geologic condition. And our study on mechanism of “grouting + wire mesh + anchor bolt + shotcrete ”
shows that such a combined supporting method does work at such a geologic condition. Based on theoretic calculation,
we defined the technical specifications for such a supporting method and put forth specific requirement on on-site
work procedures techniques. Utilization experience of such a supporting method shows that it can provide us a good
control on deformation of the entry and increase stability of the surrounding rock. And accordingly, a good social
and economic benefit has been achieved.
