知识经济时代的到来改变了世界经济发展格局,随着科技不断进步,煤炭行业技术更新速度不断加快,传统的体力劳动者的素质已经不再符合数字化矿山要求,因此,要提高企业的核心竞争力,必须将人力资本优化提上日程。当前,煤炭行业处在改革转型关键时期,为提高矿井安全生产的自动化水平,宁煤集团加大投资力度,采购了一批大型高效煤矿机械设备,并在矿井生产、安全监控等环节大力推广使用先进的生产技术工艺,取得了一定成效。但从业人员人才结构不合理,整体学历水平偏低,专业技术人员培养不足,人力资本效益不满足企业发展需求等实际问题亟待解决。因此能否引进并留住一批优秀的管理人才和技术人才,以“人力资本提升”促“企业经济快速可持续发展”是打破当前宁煤集团发展瓶颈的重大课题。 本文以宁煤集团人力资本与经济增长为研究主题,实地调查了宁煤集团人力资本总量、各矿区分布、人力资本流动情况等问题,对部分矿区从业人员学历、职称、年龄、性别等职业信息统计后进行统计分析,建立了有效的经济数学模型,借助该模型并结合理论推导,实现了对集团人力资本较为深刻全面的剖析,得到了集团人力资本对经济增长的贡献率,并将其数据与煤炭行业平均水平以及全国能源行业平均水平进行了比较研究,指出了企业存在的问题,找出差距与不足。为了促进宁煤集团经济快速可持续的增长,宁煤集团应当加大人力资本投资力度,树立正确的“人力资本”的发展战略观念。重视人才队伍建设,将人才引进与保护相结合,构建符合产业发展需求,年龄结构合理,专业覆盖面广,知识结构多元化,学历层次较高的人才梯队。同时,建立和完善人力资源配置机制、人才激励机制、职业技能鉴定机制、员工的职业生涯规划机制和员工开发和管理机制,充分挖掘自身潜力,以提高企业人力资本效益,促进宁煤集团人力资本价值提升与经济持续增长。

In the era of knowledge economy has changed the world economic development pattern, with the development of science and technology, the coal industry, technology updates fast, the traditional manual workers no longer meet the requirements of the quality of the digital mine, therefore, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, the optimization of human capital should be put on the agenda.At present, the reform of the coal industry in the critical period of transition, in order to improve the automation level of coal mine safety production, Ning coal group increases investment, purchases a number of large and efficient coal mining machinery and equipment, and vigorously promotes the use of advanced production technology in the mine production and safety monitoring and other aspects, and achieved certain results. But the urgent that structure of talent personnel is not reasonable, the overall education level is low, lack of professional and technical personnel training, human capital efficiency does not meet the needs of enterprise development need to solve practical problems.So whether introduce and retain a number of outstanding management personnel and technical personnel,and in order to "human capital" and "enterprise rapid economic sustainable development is to break the current bottleneck in the development of Ning coal group of major subject. Taking Ning coal group of human capital and economic growth as the research subject, the field survey of Ning coal group the total human capital, the human capital flow in distribution, and other issues, Statistical analysis was done on the part of the mine staff qualifications, job title, age, gender and other professional information statistics, and established economic and effective mathematical model. With the help of the model and theoretical derivation, the realization of human capital is more profound and comprehensive group analysis, human capital contribution to economic growth rates are obtained, and the data and the coal industry average level and the national average level of the energy industry has conducted the comparison research, points out the problems existing in the enterprise, identify gaps and shortcomings.In order to promote the development of the concept of strategic human capital ",Ning coal group pays great attention to the talents team construction, combined talent with protection, build Ning coal group rapid economic sustainable growth, Ning coal group should increase the investment of human capital, establish the correct "industry development needs, a reasonable age structure, professional knowledge structure, wide coverage, diversity, higher level of educational background of talents.At the same time, to establish and perfect the human resource allocation mechanism, incentive mechanism, appraisal mechanism, occupation skill employee occupation career planning and staff development and management mechanism, fully tap their own potential, to improve the enterprise human capital efficiency, promote the human capital of Ning coal group to enhance the value and economic growth.
