随着人类社会城市化水平的不断提高,城市空间拥挤、交通阻塞、环境恶化、资源匮乏等问题愈演愈烈。由于城市用地紧张,地面上已经没有足够的空间来解决交通道路问题,向地下空间发展已成为人们越来越关注的热点问题。如何使城市的交通空间在地下得到合理的利用和发展,是本文研究的重点。目前,我国城市地下空间的开发利用还处于初级阶段,而且大多数都集中在工程实践应用层面,缺乏科学规范和理论研究。因此,对地下交通空间的合理利用的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实的应用价值。 本文首先阐述城市地下空间的基本特征、发展理论和国内外发展现状,为课题的研究开展提供了相关的理论依据。其次对城市地下动、静态交通体系的特点进行深入的分析研究,通过大量、全面的现场收集资料,归纳总结,找出导致城市中心区交通拥堵矛盾的根本原因,提出了地下交通空间合理开发利用的新观点。同时还通过对调研的数据进行整理分析,研究出地下交通空间需求预测的各种因素的相关性。并结合国内外的典型实例和成熟理论,建立起城市地下交通空间的动静态需求预测模型,该模型的建立,可预测西安市未来5-10年的交通空间需求量,对今后城市地下交通空间利用的开发度提供可靠的参考依据。 为使研究成果更加科学合理,本文还以西安市城市交通繁忙区为研究对象,结合其地下交通空间开发利用的现状及存在的问题,对目前地下空间人流集散交通体系进行了综合改造,提出了城市中心区地下空间综合利用的优化方案。并对中心区地下商业街和人行过街通道的布局进行了优化,把商业街和地下过街通道及沿街商业、地铁站和周边建筑地下空间有机的联系起来。从而使城市地下交通主干线起到更好的分流作用,同时也解决了地面上人车分流的难题。 综上所述,本课题的研究将为城市地下交通空间综合开发利用提供一定的理论依据和工程应用价值。使我国城市地下交通空间的开发利用前景更加广阔。

With the urbanization level of human society increasing,Urban spatial overcrowding traffic congestion, environmental degradation, lack of resources and other problems is growing. Due to urban constraints there is not enough space on the ground to solve the traffic problem, underground space development has become an increasingly hot issue concerns. How to make rational use of urban underground traffic space and development is the focus of this topic.Now development and utilization of urban underground space in China are still at the primary stage and most of them are concentrated in engineering applications, lack of scientific and theoretical research, Therefore, Research on rational use of underground traffic space is of great theoretical significance and practical application. This article first describes basic characteristics,,development theory and development situation of domestic and foreign of Urban underground space ,provides the theoretical basis for Research on the subject. Secondly, In-depth analysis and study on characteristics of urban underground traffic system of dynamic and static. Through extensive and comprehensive site collect information summary,find out the caused traffic jams of the city center the root causes of conflict, presented new insights into rational development and utilization of underground space. And also through the research data is analyzed, study on demand forecast of underground traffic space correlation factors. And combination typical cases at home and abroad and a mature theory,Establishing model of urban underground traffic space of static and dynamic forecasting,establishment of the model predictable future of Xi’an 5-10 traffic-intensive, provide a reliable frame of reference on the utilization of urban underground space development in the future. To make research findings more scientifically and reasonably, This article research object in XI ' an city with heavy traffic area, combination problems of underground traffic space development status and the existent, distributed traffic system for the underground space in current passenger traffic for renovation, present a comprehensive utilization of underground space in urban center of optimization. Underground shopping center and Central District and pedestrian crossing the street layout of the channel has been optimized, underground Street corridor and along commercial Street and commercial and underground space in subway station and surrounding buildings link, so that better with respect to urban underground traffic trunk traffic, also solve the problem of people and vehicles on the ground. To sum up, research on the subject will be the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of urban underground traffic space can provide a measure of value theory and its application in engineering. More broad prospects for development and utilization of urban underground traffic space in China.
