嵌入式系统是一种面向具体应用的将底层硬件、实时操作系统和应用软件相结合的专用计算机系统。其广泛应用于控制领域、消费电子产品等行业,已成为现代电子领域的重要研究方向之一。 本文针对工业控制仪器仪表智能化和网络化的发展需求,面向工业控制领域构建和开发基于ARM和μC/OS-II的嵌入式工业控制器的通用平台。在分析ARM内核处理器的基础上,自主开发以ATMEL公司AT91M40800芯片为核心的嵌入式工业控制器的硬件平台。根据嵌入式工业控制器的实际应用要求设计了相应的应用模块,主要包括:模数转换、数模转换、液晶显示和网络通信等。并完成了各个功能模块的接口函数,创建了应用函数库,为后面的代码应用和移植提供了方便。嵌入式实时操作系统是嵌入式系统应用软件开发的支撑平台,本文分析了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II及其内核工作原理,改进了中断和时钟处理的不足。成功的将μC/OS-II系统移植到ARM微处理器中,并通过相应任务调度实例,对系统模块进行功能测试。将开放源代码的TCP/IP 协议栈lwIP移植到μC/OS-II操作系统上,使嵌入式工业控制器支持网络功能。 系统测试结果表明:移植到ARM微处理器上μC/OS-II内核可以成功实现对多任务的调度;硬件平台各功能模块运行良好;lwIP协议栈的各层协议均可以正常运行。设计的嵌入式工业控制器平台达到预期目标。

Embedded system is the speciality computer system, which the bottom hardware, the RTOS and the application software are united. It has been used in the fields of control, consumer electronic product and etc. it has been one of the most important research aspect of the electron field. The general platform of the embedded industry controller based on ARM and μC/OS-II is conceived and exploited facing to the industry control field in this paper. It is point to the developing requirements of the intellectualized and the network industry control instruments. The hardware flat of the embedded industry controller, which is centered on the ATMEL co. AT91M40800 is designed after analyze the ARM7 frame and the ARM7TDMI kernel. The following application modules are finished according to the actual application requirements of the embedded industry controller. They are including analog to digital conversion block, digital to analog conversion part, LCD display, the network communication module and etc. Furthermore the interface function of the various modules has been finished, the application function libraries are established. It offers convenience to the following codes application and the code transplant. The embedded RTOS is the support platform of the application software in the embedded system. After it is analyzed that the RTOS μC/OS-II and the ARM kernel working principle, the deficiency of the interrupt and the clock are made up in the paper. The μC/OS-II system is transplanted on the ARM microcontroller successfully; the corresponding task dispatcher example program verified the system. The system modules function tests are done. The embedded industry controller bears the network function after lwIP (namely, the TCP/IP protocol stack) of the open source code transplanted in it. The test results show the functions. Such as the multitask scheduling is come true based on the ARM μC/OS-II kernel.The various function modules of the hardware platform run in good working states. The every layers of the lwIP protocol stack runs normally. A platform about the embedded industry controller is designed successfully in the paper.
