随着中国金融市场的逐步发展和金融监管的不断完善,资管新规的出台成为推动银行理财业务改革的重要举措。资管新规的核心目标是通过加强理财产品的监管,推动银行理财业务实现净值化、市场化转型,提高金融市场的透明度与风险可控性。JS银行作为国内主要的商业银行之一,其理财业务在资管新规的影响下,产品结构、客户群体以及投资策略等方面都发生了深刻的变化。研究着重分析了资管新规实施前后,JS银行理财业务的变化情况,以及其面临的挑战和未来的转型策略。

本研究的主要目的是通过实证分析,评估资管新规对JS银行理财业务的影响。研究从产品端、销售端、投资端、收益端以及主体端五个维度出发,探讨资管新规实施后,银行理财产品结构、销售情况、客户需求、投资组合、收益波动等方面的变化。通过数据分析和回归模型的应用,研究揭示了资管新规在推动银行理财业务转型过程中所产生的市场效应和内部管理影响,并总结了银行在转型过程中面临的主要挑战。

研究结果表明,资管新规的实施推动了JS银行理财业务从传统的固定收益类产品向净值型产品的转型,银行理财产品的结构更加多元化,客户群体逐步多样化,理财产品的销售和收益水平也有所提升。然而,随着理财业务的市场化转型,银行在产品设计、风险管理、客户需求变化等方面面临一系列挑战。为此,本文提出了银行转型的策略建议,主要包括加强风险控制、推动产品创新、提升客户教育、优化理财与存款业务的协同发展等。未来,银行应持续关注市场变化,深化业务创新,提升竞争力与市场适应性。

With the gradual development of China's financial market and the continuous improvement of financial regulation, the implementation of the Asset Management New Regulations (AMNR) has become a key measure in driving the reform of bank wealth management businesses. The core objective of the AMNR is to strengthen the regulation of wealth management products, promote the transformation of bank wealth management businesses towards net-value and market-oriented operations, and improve the transparency and risk controllability of the financial market. As one of the major commercial banks in China, JS Bank has witnessed profound changes in its wealth management business in terms of product structure, customer base, and investment strategies under the influence of the AMNR. This study focuses on analyzing the changes in JS Bank's wealth management business before and after the implementation of the AMNR, as well as the challenges it faces and future transformation strategies.

The main objective of this research is to empirically assess the impact of the AMNR on JS Bank's wealth management business. The study explores the changes in the bank's wealth management product structure, sales, customer demand, investment portfolio, and revenue volatility from five dimensions: product, sales, investment, revenue, and entity. Through data analysis and the application of regression models, the study reveals the market effects and internal management impacts of the AMNR in driving the transformation of bank wealth management businesses, and summarizes the main challenges faced by the bank during this transformation process.

The research findings indicate that the implementation of the AMNR has driven JS Bank's wealth management business from traditional fixed-income products to net-value products, with a more diversified product structure, a gradually diversified customer base, and improvements in product sales and revenue levels. However, with the market-oriented transformation of wealth management, the bank faces a series of challenges in product design, risk management, and responding to changing customer demands. To address these challenges, this paper proposes strategic recommendations for the bank’s transformation, including strengthening risk control, promoting product innovation, enhancing customer education, and optimizing the collaboration between wealth management and deposit businesses. In the future, the bank should continue to monitor market changes, deepen business innovation, and enhance its competitiveness and market adaptability.
