摘要 在知识经济和网络经济背景下，信息化技术经过多年的发展和创新，现阶段企业在生产、运营、投资、采购等多个业务方向对信息化的依赖达到了空前的高度。企业信息化建设和应用不仅对生产业务的运营起到关键的支撑作用，更是企业在全球化竞争中获得战略竞争机遇的基础力量。信息化建设和应用水平在一定程度上关系到企业的兴衰，已成为企业发展生存的必要手段和工具。本文结合A集团公司的实际情况，通过对集团信息化现状分析总结出信息化建设的规划建议，制定A集团公司信息化项目架构体系。最终通过信息化的系统建设，提高企业的信息化管理水平，为企业的业务发展提供支撑，从而增强企业在多个领域的核心竞争力。 本论文以A集团公司当前信息化建设情况为案例，针对A集团公司的企业发展背景和业务运营现状进行调研后，从企业的业务发展方向制定信息化发展战略，同时梳理信息化项目整体的架构规划，尝试运用国内外先进的企业信息化项目规划的TOGAF方法、战略集合转移法、价值链分析法、关键成功因素法、及战略目标集转化法（SST），并通过以上信息化项目规划方法制定出A集团公司的信息化战略规划，最终提出企业信息化规划的解决思路与解决方案的制定方法。 本文运用企业信息化规划相关方法对A集团公司信息化体系进行了总体规划，对A集团公司信息化建设及管理工作都具有重要意义。通过项目规划方法制定出符合A集团公司的项目发展架构体系及项目清单，并最终通过技术选型，梳理出A集团公司信息化建设技术路线图；通过本次针对A集团公司的信息化项目规划的研究，了解到企业信息化项目规划的方式方法，了解到企业信息化技术实施路线图，对本人的信息化知识有了较大的提升，另外，本文提出的企业信息化规划的思路和方法对同类企业具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。

ABSTRACT In the context of knowledge economy and network economy, with the development of information technology, enterprises' attention to information construction has also increased to an unprecedented height. Enterprise information construction not only plays a key supporting role in the operation of enterprise business, but also is the basic force for enterprises to obtain strategic competition opportunities in global competition. The quality of information construction is directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises, and has become a necessary trend for enterprises to survive and survive. Based on the actual situation of A Group Company, this paper analyzes the improvement status of informationization construction through the analysis of the status quo of the Group's informationization, and formulates an information construction framework. Through the enterprise information construction, improve the management level of the enterprise, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper takes the current informationization construction situation of A Group Company as a case. After introducing the background and business development of AGroup Company, the paper mainly uses the enterprise informationization planning method by evaluating and analyzing the status quo and informationization status of A Group. The Open Group Architecture Framework Strategy Set Transformation, SST value chain analysis Business System Planning The Key Success Factor Method (CSF) and the Strategic Target Set Transformation Method (SST), combined with the current mainstream information technology and theory, improve the detailed structure of A Group's enterprise information system, and propose solutions for enterprise information planning. And the method of formulating the solution. This paper uses the relevant methods of enterprise information planning to carry out the overall planning of the information system of A Group, Through the informationization construction method, the business and informationization status of A Group Company are analyzed, and the informationization construction project planning of A Group Company is obtained. Finally, through the technology selection, the road map of A Group Company's informationization construction technology is sorted out. Through this research on the informationization project planning of A Group Company, the way and method of enterprise informationization project planning are understood. To implement the roadmap of enterprise informationization technology, we have made great progress in our informationization knowledge.which is of great significance to the information construction and management of A Group.
