乳化液泵电液控制自动卸载及监控系统以电子技术、检测技术以及单片机技术为核心,利用传感器以及单片机控制软件实现乳化液泵自动卸载以及乳化液泵工作参数的监控和报警。
本系统根据乳化液泵的工作特点,利用压力传感器检测液压支架液压系统的工作压力,通过单片机程序控制乳化液泵卸载阀的自动卸载,使乳化液泵站的工作在系统设定的压力范围内;温度传感器和液位浮球开关与信号调理电路实现了乳化液泵曲轴箱油温、油位、乳化液箱液温、液位的实时监控;监控数据超限时可通过声光报警提示工作人员进行相应操作;采用光电隔离技术解决了大功率负载电磁控制阀的控制与驱动以及液位开关量的监测问题,同时提高了系统的抗干扰能力;LED显示屏可实现压力、温度参数的实时显示。
监控系统的硬件研制设计了传感器的采样电路、信号放大电路、电磁阀卸载驱动电路以及单片机系统等。核心控制部件选用了集A/D转换,看门狗定时器以及I/O接口于一体的C8051F350单片机,使控制系统实现了数字化、智能化,系统结构简单、功耗降低;采用光电隔离技术解决了大功率负载电磁控制阀的控制与驱动以及液位开关量的监测问题,提高了系统的抗干扰能力;采用双层印制电路板技术以及加有绝缘涂层,不仅使得控制系统体积减小,而且也提高了系统的抗干扰能力以及保密性。
软件开发设计了采样子程序、卸载子程序、显示子程序以及报警子程序等。系统采用软件滤波技术,提高了信噪比。滤波后的数据将采用连续比较法与设定值进行比较计算,压力控制中采用连续比较法处理数据可以有效的消除压力脉动所导致的压力数值的波动,减小误差。

The automatic unloading and monitor controller of emulsion pump controlled by electro-hydraulic technology which concentrate in the electronic technology、testing technology、Single-chip technology and realize to automatic unloading of emulsion pump and to monitor working parameter of emulsion pump via transducers and the control software of Single-chip.
According to the characteristic of the emulsion pump, this system can monitor the pressure of the hydraulic circuit of the roof support via a pressure transducer, then the electronic unloading valve can automatic unload by the controlling program of Single-chip and make to maintain the system pressure within the Unloading Valve scan range. Temperature transducers and fluid position transducers and signal modifying circuit can realize to monitor the temperature and the height of lube of emulsion pump's crankcase and emulsion case real time. When data that are monitored overrun the scan range this system can clue to operators for relative operation by sound-light alert. With the light-electricity isolated technology, this controller solves the problem of the drive and control for high-power loading of electronic unloading valve and the monitoring problem of the swith data of fluid position at the same time it improves anti-disturb ability of the system. The LED indicator on this controller will indicate which of the pressure and the temperature of the pump real time.
The hardware of the controller is comprised with the sampling circuit of transducers and the signal enlargement circuit and the drive circuit of electronic unloading valve as well as the Single-chip microcomputer. The kernel part of the hardware selects C8051F350 Single-chip which with A/D transformer and watchdog timer and I/O interface because this Single-chip can make system digital and intelligent and simple and less consumption. With the light-electricity isolated technology, this controller solves the problem of the drive and control for high-power loading of electronic unloading valve and the monitoring problem of the swith data of fluid position, at the same time it improves anti-disturb ability of the system. The double-layer printed circuit board with insulation coat technology not only reduce the volume of the system but also improve the anti-disturb and secrecy ability of this system.
In software aspect, it comprise with the sampling subprogram and unloading subprogram and display subprogram and alert subprogram. By filtering of software it improves the signal-to-noise ratio. The data after filtering will be calculated by Continuous-comparing method and compare with the enactment data. With this method the system can effectually minish the pulsatile in data which due to pulsatile in pressure and reduce error.
