胜利矿位于榆神矿区南部,该矿为基建矿井,主采3#煤层属于埋藏浅、基岩厚,上覆厚沙土层的浅埋煤层。在矿井基建过程中发现,3#煤层上覆岩层中有三层硬岩,而且厚度较大,达到80~95m,最下的一层硬岩强度最大,其单轴抗压强度达到90MPa左右,硬岩上覆厚度为49~60m的厚沙土层。由于周围矿井并无成熟的开采经验,加之近年来,大采高综合机械化开采以其大规模集中化高产高效、高回收率逐渐成为矿井的首选方法,但是随着采高的增大,支架的支护阻力不断增大,支护投资直线上升,支架的选型与设计缺乏科学性,因此,其是矿井实现安全高效生产需要解决的主要课题之一。
本文对胜利矿3#煤层大采高综采面矿压显现规律进行全面系统的研究,全面认识特定条件下采场上覆岩层的运动规律、工作面支承压力分布规律及支架工作阻力,使支架的选型设计更加科学、合理,采场支护投资更加经济,支护方法更加合理,对“高效安全、高采出率”的矿井的生产建设具有现实的指导及借鉴意义。
本文以 “胜利煤矿厚基岩厚松散层大采高工作面矿压规律及支架工作阻力研究”课题为依托,以胜利煤矿特定地质条件为背景,运用岩石力学实验及力学模型理论分析;对胜利矿厚基岩厚松散层大采高综采面矿压规律及支架工作阻力进行了物理相似模拟;进一步利用数值模拟对相似模拟结果给予了验证和补充;运用力学模型分析及收集的我国23个大采高矿井的工程类比等,研究了胜利矿厚基岩厚松散层大采高工作面矿压显现规律,并以此为基础,对胜利矿支架工作阻力进行确定,为该矿及相似地质条件下矿井支架的选型及安全高效生产提供理论支撑。

Shengli Coal Mine is located in the south of Yushen mining area, the mine is under construction, its 3# coal seam belongs to shallow buried, thick bedrock,overlying thick sand layer. In the mine’s construction,workers discovered that the rock stratum has three layers of hard rock with larger thickness on top of 3# coal seam,and its thickness reaches 80~95 meters,the bottom layer of hard rock has maximum strength, its uniaxial compressive strength is about 90MPa.The hard rock is covered with thick sand stratum which is 49~60 m. It has no mature mining experience in the surrounding of Shengli Coal Mine,and in recent years,the large height fully mechanized mining which is high yield and high efficiency has become the preferred method for mining, so the support resistance increases ceaselessly, supporting investment soared with the mining height increases, the selection and design of support is lack of scientific, these questions become one of the main problems to be solved to realize safety and high efficiency production in the future.
This article researches on pressure behavior law of systematic of large mining height fully mechanized coal mining face about 3# coal seam comprehensive,thus understands the overlying strata in longwall faces and the motion law of abutment pressure distribution rule and support parameters in the specific conditions.So that the results can make the selection of support design more scientific and reasonable,support investment more economical, supporting selection more reasonable,at the same time,the results have practical guidance and reference significance.
The paper relies on the research project---“Research on the law of mine pressure and Support resistance in large height Fully mechanized coal mining face covered with thick bed rock and thick loose beds”, makes special geological condition of the Shengli Coal Mine as the geological background, researches on strata behavior regularity and the support parameters in large mining height face with thick bedrock and thick loose layer on Shengli Coal Mine with the methods of rock mechanics experiment and mechanical model theoretical analysis;And use the physical simulate study on the strata behavior regularity and the support parameters in large mining height face with thick bedrock and thick loose layer on Shengli Coal Mine; Further ,use the numerical simulation verify and supplement the results of the physical simulate. At last,use the mechanical model analysis and collect information of China’s 23 working face with large mining height. Study on the law of mine pressure and in large height Fully mechanized coal mining face, and on this basis, determine the working resistance of support Shengli mine,providing theoretical support for support selection and safety and high efficiency production of the mine with similar geological conditions.
