近几年来,我国煤矿安全事故频发,我国煤矿事故统计数据表明,顶板事故一直居各类事故之首。目前,我国煤矿井下综采面的顶板监测系统只针对压力进行监测,都缺少对液压支架工作在恒阻阶段时顶梁随顶板下沉的可缩量(位移)的实时在线监测,然而顶板下沉所引起顶梁位移的变化对分析工作面顶板来压规律是一个不可或缺的因素,因此研究设计具有压力、位移同时监测的系统是非常需要的。 通过对系统进行功能和性能需求分析,设计出了矿井顶板压力位移数据采集系统的结构和组成,分别对系统数据采集器和数据处理软件进行了总体设计和功能模块划分;选取数据采集器的关键元器件,设计了具有3通道压力和1通道位移的采集器硬件电路,主要包括传感器信号处理电路、数据存储电路、电源电压变换电路、数据显示电路、通信电路等,并进行硬件抗干扰性设计;以IAR Embedded Workbench为程序的开发平台,完成了数据采集程序的设计与开发;完成了以 SQL server 2000作为系统数据库的设计;采用面向对象技术,使用C++语言,设计、开发出与采集器进行实时通信的数据处理软件,该软件具有实时显示数据、生成数据报表、绘制图形曲线等功能,实现对整个系统的管理。 经测试表明,矿井顶板压力位移数据采集系统达到了设计要求。该系统的实现弥补了对煤矿综采工作面顶板监测的不足,提高了我国煤矿顶板压力位移数据采集的实时在线监测能力,对煤炭安全具有重要意义。

In recent years, the coal mine accidents happened frequently, the statistics of our country’s coal mine accidents indicated that roof accidents has been come to the fore in various types of accidents. At present, the function of mine pressure monitoring systems is to monitor the roof pressure in the mechanization mining face, and lack of hydraulic support phase of constant resistance with the roof top beam can be shrinkage subsidence (displacement) of the real-time online monitoring. However, the displacement of the top beam change, which is caused by the roof subsidence, is an indispensable factor for analysising coming-pressure law of the mechanization mining face. Consequently, it is very necessary to research and design the system which includes pressure monitoring and displacement monitoring. Through the analysis of the function and the performance demand of the system, the mine roof pressure displacement data acquisition system structure and the composition were designed; and the mine roof pressure displacement data acquisition system's structure and the composition were designed, and the overall of design system and the functional module division was separately carried on for the data acquisition instrument and the data processing software; the essential component of the data acquisition instrument was choosed, and then the acquisition instrument hardware circuit with three channels pressure and one channel displacement was designed, which mainly include the sensor signal processing electric circuit, the data storage electric circuit, the supply voltage transfer electric circuit, the data display electric circuit, the communication electric circuit etc.; The design of the the hardware anti- jamming was completed; Based on the IAR Embedded Workbench Development Platform, the data acquisition procedure was designed and developed with C language; The system database was design based on SQL server 2000; By using the object-oriented technology and the C++ language, the data processing software was designed and developed, which communicate with the data acquisition instrument by real-time. The software includes the functions: real-time data display, data reports generating, graphic curves drawing etc, which can administer the whole system. The test indicated that the mine roof pressure and displacement data acquisition system has reached the design requirements. The system made up the insufficiency for monitoring the working surface roof of the coal mine successfully, and improved ability of the real-time online monitor in our country coal mine roof pressure displacement data acquisition, which has an important meaning to the coal mine safety.
