党的十八届三中全会《决定》明确了农村土地制度改革的方向和任务。近年来,中央从维护农民的合法权益和农村社会和谐稳定的高度,对农村耕地确权这一工作提出了明确的目标和任务。自2010年至今,陕西省分别选定高陵县、小金乡、临潼区相桥街道、仁宗街道四个不同类型的试点县、镇,开展农村产权制度改革试点工作。本论文选取了相桥街道神东村作为试验区之一展开研究。研究基于遥感影像提取耕地边界方法具有很强的现实意义;能找到一种自动化提取耕地边界的方法,用得到的耕地边界图作为工作底图辅助完成农村耕地确权等相关工作,拟实现降低成本、缩短工作周期等实际问题。
考虑到农村耕地边界提取方法的必要性以及自身研究的需要提出了本研究的题目。本文对于如何提取耕地边界方法具体介绍了下面几个:包括 Roberts 算子,Sobel算子,Prewitt算子,Laplace算子, LOG 算子和Canny算子边缘检测方法等。对每一种涉及到的边缘检测算子都做了详尽的理论阐述,而且分别选取丘陵区、平原区两个实验区的耕地做了实验仿真,把运用各算法得到实验区耕地边缘的检测结果进行了详细比较分析,逐个探讨每个算法存在优劣性。
本论文研究期间主要完成了下面几个工作:(1)对传统的基于梯度的边缘检测算子和二阶微分算子做了详细介绍;(2)重点介绍了Canny 算子的判断准则和传统 Canny 边缘检测算法,以MATLAB 2008作为开发平台编程实现了该算法,分别用两个实验区耕地做仿真实验并取得了良好的实验效果;(3)结合(2)所做的工作分析传统 Canny 边缘检测算法在提取本实验的两种耕地边界时存在优点和缺陷,结合本论文研究和提取出耕地的实际效果对该算法的缺陷提出一种改进的 Canny 边缘检测方法;(4)通过人眼主观观测和客观评价的方法对本文中提出的几种提取耕地边缘信息方法的仿真实验结果进行了评价。得出Canny比其他几个传统算子对耕地边界提取效果较理想一些,对Canny算子做改进提取的效果更佳。

Third Plenary Session of the Party's Eighteen decision clear the orientation and task of rural land reform. In the recent years, the central government from safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and rural social harmony and stability of the height, clear put forward the objectives and task of the rural land ownership. Since 2010, the street of four different types of pilot counties, towns were selected trial plot,like GaoLin county, Xiao Jin viliage, Lin Tong village Xiang Qiao street, Ren Zong street of shaanxi province,develop rural property rights system reform pilot work.This paper chooses Shen Dong village Xiang Qiao street village as a study of the test area.The study of cultivated land boundary extraction method based on remote sensing image has a strong practical significance; to find a method for automatic extraction of cultivated land boundary,and to use land boundary map to assist complete rural land ownership and other related work to achieve lower costs,shorten the working period and other practical problems.
Considering that the countryside plowland of necessity in combine with own research need, such research project is put forward. Such article mainly in respect of methods to extract the plowland boundary information states as follows in detail, including edge inspection methods for Roberts operator, Sobel operator, Prewitt operator, Laplace operator, LOG operator and Canny operator, makes the particular theoretical statement correspondingly for each kind of the concerned operator and experiment emulation in the plowland at two experimental zones which are respectively located in the highland and plain, proceeds the analysisand comparison for the edge inspection results of the plowland in experimental zones through various methods as well as discusses the advantage and disadvantages of each method one by one.
Such following points have been completed in this article during the research: (1) researching and summarizing plentiful related information;(2)Emphasizing on introducing the judgement criteria of Canny operator as well as the traditional Canny edge detection method which is achieved by programming via utilizing the MATLAB 2008 as the development platform, making the emulation test on two experimental plowland and getting the favorable experiment results;(3)Analyzingin combine with the above mentioned work the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional edge detection method of Canny when extracting the boundary information of the plowland in such two experimental zones, putting award an improved edge detection method of Canny in combine with the default that actual plowland effect that such article researches and extracts have on the such method;(4)Making the evaluation for the emulation experimental results through the methods put forward in such article to extract the plowland edge information by the objective observation with the eyes and subjective evaluation. Several other results than the traditional Canny operator of arable boundary extraction of some ideal, to make improvements to the Canny operator to extract the better.
