圆环链传动广泛应用于煤矿的刨煤机、刮板输送机、转载机等重要设备中,特别是大量应用在煤矿刮板输送机上。卡链现象是刮板输送机主要故障之一,如溜槽对口错位挂住刮板或链环、大块物料过采煤机等都会产生卡链现象。本研究主要分析不同形状矿用圆环链在卡链状态下的冲击性能,并就低温和应变率等因素对其冲击性能的影响进行了一些探讨和分析。
本研究在冲击动力学理论及显式积分算法分析的基础上,确立了圆环链有限元动力学特性分析的技术方案。在此基础上利用大型显式有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,分别建立了完整圆环链、完整椭圆环链、含V-型缺口圆环链以及含V-型缺口椭圆环链等四种圆环链冲击动力学模型,计算分析和比较了这四种圆环链在卡链状态下圆环链的速度、加速度、最大应力、等效应力、剪切应力、等效应变、拉伸应变、吸收能量等力学参量的异同,并计算分析了温度和应变率等因素对含V-型缺口圆环链动力学性能的影响。
本研究计算和分析结果表明,椭圆环链由于其线线接触,与圆环链相比圆弧段应力明显减小,使用寿命得到提高,抗冲击性能也得到了加强。另一方面,椭圆环链在强度提高的同时,外形尺寸也相对减小。低温条件对圆环链冲击时的应力影响不大,但会使圆环链开始破断时间缩短、吸收能量减小;应变率对圆环链冲击时的应力影响也不大,但应变率会使圆环链开始破断时间缩短、吸收能量增大。

Ring chains are widely used in mine plow, scraper conveyor, loader and other equipments. The main reason of breakdown is that ring chain is suddenly stuck when the scraper conveyor is runing, such as the scraper chute being dislocation with link chain, bulk material passing through bottom of coal shearer and etc. The effect of different shape of chain on on the impact property of mine chain, and the effects of low temperature and strain rate on impact property of ring chain are also disccused and analyzed in the study.
The technical scheme of the dynamic analysis for mine chain is established based on the impact dynamic theory and explicit integral algorithm. Finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to establish the dynamics analysis model of integral ring chain, integral ellipse chain, ring chain with a V-notch, ellipse chain with a V-notch. The velocity, acceleration, adopted energy and various stresses and strains, of these four chains are calculated during impact loadng, and the effects of temperature and strain rate on the dynamic performance of chains are also analyzed in this study.
The results of the investigation indicate that the stress of ellipse chain is reduced and its service life is improved because the relation of contact between the ellipse chain is line to line, which make the impact properties of ellipse chain is better than the ring chain. In other hand, the geometric size of ellipse chain is relatively reduced camparing with ring ellipse chain under the condition of the strength of chain increasing. The results also indicate that the low temperature has little effect on the various stress of ring chain, however, the adopted energy decrease and initial breaking time shorten as the temperature decrease. The results also indicate that the strain rate has little effect on the various stress of ring chain, but the initial breaking time decrease and adopted energy increase when the strain rate is considered .
