随着"数字地球"的提出及相应技术的发展,"数字矿山"、"数字煤矿"的基本概念和整体框架体系等已被一些专家提到日程上来,而"数字煤矿"的基础是对煤矿地测信息的管理。 煤矿地测信息是煤矿地质测量工作的集中反映,是煤矿生产和管理工作的重要依据。由于目前我国大部分矿务局对地测资料的分析和管理依然采用常规手段,不仅耗费大量的人力和物力,而且修改极为不便、保存比较困难,从而严重制约了煤矿的生产和发展。因此将计算机数据库技术、辅助制图技术和空间数据分析技术应用到煤矿地质测量实际工作中去,建立实用、高效的煤矿地测信息数据库管理系统成为目前迫切的任务。 本文在对煤矿地测系统的数据结构、数据管理等分析研究的基础上,对煤矿地测数据库进行了总体设计,建立了完整的地测数据库,并通过程序设计实现了对数据库操作的各种功能。同时将矢量图形技术与煤矿地测数据库结合起来,实现了自动绘制简单的矿区平面图和各种相关的矢量图形操作,并在图上能够进行点选查询和矩形、圆形、任意多边形区域内的地质数据的动态查询。系统中还包含了一些计算和输出等丰富系统的功能。 本次设计基于Windows平台,运用数据库理论,结合ODBC技术,以Visual C++作为开发语言,建立了较为完善和通用的煤矿地测信息数据库管理系统。最后以铜川矿务局王石凹煤矿地测数据为例,证明系统具有一定的实用性,可以达到一般的地测工作要求。

Along with the concept coming forth of "Digital Earth" and the development of corresponding technology, the concept and the whole frame system of "Digital Mine" and "Digital Coal Mine" have been put forward by some experts. The base of "Digital Coal Mine" is the management for geological survey information. The geological survey information of coal mine is concentrated reflection of "Digital Coal Mine", which is very important basis of the manufacture and management of coal mine. However, most coal mine in China always use general means to manage the geological survey information, which has baffled the development of coal mine greatly. Therefore, using database technique, assistance graphics and the space data analyze technique in the work of coal mine is the urgent mission at present. This thesis based on the analysis of coal mine geological survey system, designing the database of coal mine geological survey information as a whole,building the database integrallty, and implementing the function of operating the database. Furthermore, author integrated the vectorgraph technology and database, the program can draw the ichnography of coal mine automatically and query the information of geological survey by point selecting or in rectangle, circular and any polygon drawed by user on the ichnography. The system also includes some calculation and output function, which enriched the use of program. This design based on the Windows platform, handled the database theory, used ODBC technology and Visual C++ language. At last, the program had been proved applied by the WangShiWa coal mine geological survey information in TongChuan.
