随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展，计算机技术在各行各业中的应用日益广泛和深入，使计算机管理变得特别流行和重要。随着教育部一系列关于精品课程建设重要文件的下发，全国各高校掀起了建设精品课程的热潮。随着精品课程建设的不断深入，出现了种种问题，例如许多高校在精品课程建设过程中成果丰富，但是如何将这些成果以资源的形式在互联网上进行管理和共享成为了各个高校普遍关心的问题。所以构建一个精品课程网络平台已成为十分迫切的问题。因此，对精品课程网络平台的探索与实践研究有着十分重要的意义。 精品课程网络平台就是通过网络技术，建立一个基于Web的集建设和管理为一体的课程建设平台，并提供优质教学资源共享，为课程管理、课程网站建设、网络教学的实施提供基础性通信与学习管理服务。本研究关注如何构建精品课程平台、如何组织课程建设工作。本文通过分析精品课程网络平台的功能需求、课程网站的具体建设要求等方面，以西安航专精品课程网络平台为例，进行了深入地研究。 本系统平台设计时，采用模块化管理的方式，方便后续系统升级和功能扩充。利用PhotoShop为开发工具，对图片进行切割，构成页面框架，采用ASP技术，以SQL Server2000数据库作为后台数据库，WEB服务器采用Windows2003操作系统实现。系统有一个功能强大的后台管理系统：可以进行用户的增、删、改、查及权限的管理，也可以进行课程的增、删、改、查及发布功能的操作，还可以进行版面定义和内容管理等功能。本系统由用户管理、课程建设以及课程管理等模块组成，用户只需要通过浏览器访问就可以实现操作。 西安航专精品课程网络平台为学生的自主学习环境提供了大量的网络学习资源；其学习过程具有交互性、共享性、开放性和自主性等基本特征；为教师开发课程网站解决了技术“瓶颈”，减少了重复劳动，实现了优质教学资源共享。如今该平台已经正式运行并在课程建设和教学中发挥了重要作用，有力地支持了教学改革的不断推进，取得了良好的建设成果。

With the rapid development of modern informative technology and computer technique increasing extensive and profound applications in the various realm, especially the booming development in the recent years, made computer management fashionable and crucial. After the delivery of the Ministry of Education’s serial document on sophisticated curricula construction, the booming arose in the universities nationwide. Yet with profound deepening, problems came up unexpectedly. Achievement occurred in the process of the construction, yet how to manage and share on the internet network as resource becoming a generalized issue. Thus establishing a sophisticated curricula network platform has become urgent problem, exploring and practical research on the realm proved significant. The sophisticated curricula network platform is a stage via network technology to establish a platform based on web and combining establishment and management, providing fine quality sharing of teaching resource and to provide basic information and management for curricula maintenance, curricula website construction, network teaching. Great priorities were given in the exploration to establish sophisticated curricula network platform and how to organize establishment work. The essay executed profound research as the platform of Xi’an Aeronautical College by the analysis of functional requirement of sophisticated curricula. The system adopted module management when designing the platform to provide convenience for the successive systematic upgrading and function enlargement. Utilizing PhotoShop as developmental devices to cut photo into page frame, adopting ASP technology with the SQL Server2000 background data bank, the Web server utilizing Windows2003 operative system for realization. The system has a gigantic background managing system to execute management of adding, deleting, altering, checking and its operation of delivery as well as page definition and content maintenance. Composing of user management, curricula construction and curricula management, user could realize operation merely via browser. Xi’an Aeronautical College ‘s Sophisticated Curricula Network Platform provides substantial network studying resource for students’ self-learning with the characteristics of alternating, sharing, opening and self-reliance in its process, solving the technical bottleneck for teachers’ exploitation in developing curricula websites, reducing repeated work and realizing excellent teaching resource sharing. The platform has formally operated and producing significant role in curricula construction and teaching, thus firmly supported the constant promotion of teaching reform and acquired benign constructive achievement.
