近几年来，随着计算机、通信和信息技术的成熟，其应用也涉及到不同领域，整个社会在数字化、信息化方面的建设也逐渐呈现了新的阶段。对高校教育而言，从教育环境、教学方式、教学理念等多方面都受到了影响，“数字化校园”、“智慧校园”等概念也逐渐被各大高校采用，高等教育的信息化已成为当前我国教育事业发展的主要改革方向。目前，多数高校业务部门已有独立的管理信息系统，但随着信息化建设的拓展，发现各业务部门整体架构、数据管理、数据接口等方面并不统一，同时，数据质量、数据确源、数据流向、数据维护等组织管理问题也显现出来，极大地影响了数据的价值体现。因此，如何通过数据治理，提供高质有效的共享数据，成为高校信息化建设现阶段亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对西部某省属大学数据管理和应用现状进行了调研分析，基于数据中心提出了校园数据治理的有效解决方案，从而提高了数据利用率，为学校在信息查询、智能决策、数据挖掘等方面提供了全面、准确的数据基础。首先，以西安科技大学为例，对产生校园数据的产生和使用进行分析，在数据中心的基础上确定整个数据治理的体系结构和实施方案；第二，分析了现有数据的组织管理和使用问题，通过数据清洗、数据标准制定等手段等提高数据质量，制定数据管理规范和框架，通过主数据管理平台进行数据的组织管理；第三，以主数据和元数据为线，创建171个数据共享接口，实现了一卡通系统、后勤系统、人事系统等17个业务系统的数据集成，处理数据共31707条，满足不同业务部门的多项业务需求，并以一卡通消费系统为例，从实际应用对数据治理的成果进行阐述和验证。

This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of data management and application in a provincial university in the west, and proposes an effective solution for campus data management based on the data center, thereby improving data utilization and providing information inquiry, intelligent decision-making, data mining, etc. for schools.
