煤炭产业是我国的支柱产业,在国民经济中占有重要地位。矿井安全是煤炭产业健康有序发展的重要保证。由于煤炭资源特殊的生产环境,经常发生瓦斯爆炸、火灾等重大灾害,严重制约着煤矿安全的生产。淄博矿业集团是国有大型现代化企业集团,在国内不同省市投资建设了矿井。集团中心为随时掌握各地煤矿的运营状况,以便统一管理各矿区安全生产运营,迫切需要建立一个远程的监测监控系统。
本文以陕西亭南煤矿为试点,采用C/S与B/S相结合的系统体系结构,将各系统数据集成到统一的监控平台上,构建了淄博矿业集团煤矿远程监控系统。
论文首先分析了国内外煤矿监控的现状,提出了C/S与B/S相结合的系统体系结构,设计了远程监控系统总体架构,分析了信息安全问题并给出了安全策略,研究了底层数据采集、数据传输、安全隔离、组件等主要远程监控系统核心技术。本文主要完成了C/S体系结构下客户端对监控数据的显示、查询、统计曲线、报表的生成以及GIS与报警功能的开发,并描述了服务器端功能的实现。最后对全文进行了总结,对课题的进一步研究提出了展望。

The coal industry is a pillar industry of our state, and occupy the important position in national economy .The safety is the important insurance of coal industry development with healthy and orderly. Because of the special production environment of coal resource, great accidents often take place such as the gas explosion, fire, etc. It badly restricts the production of the coal safety. Zibo Mining Group Co. Ltd is the State-run large-scale Modernized Enterprise Group; they have invested in the construction of the mine in many provinces. In order to make headquarter grasp the state of the regional colliery at any time; so that it can examine every mining area to make sure safety, we need to set up a remote monitoring system urgently.
This thesis mainly regards Tingnan colliery of Shannxi as the experimental project we adopted the structure that C/S combines with B/S, took Multi-system data integration to unified platform, constructed the Coal Mine Remote Monitoring and Control System for Zibo Mining Group Co. Ltd.
This thesis analyzed the current situation that the colliery controls at first, and we advanced the structure that C/S combines with B/S, and designed the remote monitoring system to build up it overall. It discussed information security and provided tactics to support it. It studied data gathering and other key technologies of remote monitoring system such as the data transmission, safety isolation, module and etc. This text has mainly finished C/S system structure's function, including the display and query of the monitor data, the statistics curve, the report form and the development of GIS and warning, described the realization of the server. Finally it summarized the thesis, and proposed some expectation to the subject.
