本文依托国家自然科学基金项目《煤/聚乙烯亚胺交联复合螯合吸附剂制备及其对重金属离子的协同作用机制研究(51278418)》,在前期工作的基础上,优化了螯合吸附制备工艺,实验表明,螯合吸附剂制备过程中,偶联剂用量由3%减小到1.5%,PEI用量由煤/PEI质量比为30:1减小到35:1,交联剂环氧氯丙烷用量减少一半。在原料用量减小、成本降低的同时,所制备螯合吸附剂的强度和吸附性能得到明显提高。    用所制备的交联复合螯合吸附剂对Cu2+、Pb2+、Ni2+、Cd2+和Cr6+ 5种重金属离子进行动力学和热力学实验,当温度为25℃,pH=7时,交联复合螯合吸附剂对重金属离子吸附效果最好,此时对Cu2+、Pb2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Cr6+的吸附量分别为79.261、74.440、65.282、63.778和30.440mg/g。对重金属离子的吸附均更加符合Lagergren二级吸附动力学方程以及Freundlich等温模型。用螯合吸附剂处理含有5种重金属离子的共存溶液,螯合吸附剂对每种重金属离子的吸附量均显著低于单一体系中对此重金属离子的吸附量,共存溶液中的吸附总量略高于每种重金属离子在单一体系中的吸附量,说明共存溶液中重金属离子会竞争螯合剂表面的吸附位点,且各重金属离子与螯合剂表面发生反应的吸附位点有所不同,因此当某一种重金属的吸附达到饱和时,还存在未参与反应的活性位点,这些位点可与另一种重金属离子结合发生反应。    通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪、比表面及孔径分析仪、激光粒度仪及元素分析仪对产物进行表征,结果表明,所制备的螯合吸附剂是介孔吸附剂,其对重金属离子的吸附过程为多层不可逆吸附。在接枝、交联的过程中,反应主要发生在胺基和羟基上,产物拥有更好的化学反应活性。此螯合吸附剂具有良好的热稳定性,颗粒间更加紧密,形成了稳定的大分子结构。

This paper was based on the Natural Science Fundation of China“Study on preparation and synergism mechanism of heavy metal ions of coal/polyethylene crosslinked composite chelating(51278418)”,and based on the previous studies,this paper shows the experimental results of the optimization of the chelating adsorption preparation craft. The dosage of coupling agent was reduced from 3% to 1.5% during the preparation of chelating adsorption, and the PEI dosage of the Coal/PEI mass ratio was reduced from 30:1 to 35:1, the amount of the crossing agent was reduced by half. When the amount of raw material and cost is reduced,the strength and adsorption properties of the composite chelating adsorbent are obviously improved.    Kinetics and thermodynamics experiments are carried out using the composite chelating adsorbent on five kinds of heavy metal ions.When the temperature at 25℃ and the pH is 7, the composite chelating adsorbent adsorption of heavy ions reaches its optimum.The adsorption amount of Cu2+,Pb2+,Ni2+,Cd2+ and Cr6+ were 79.261,74.440,65.282,63.778 and 30.440mg/g respectively. The adsorption of heavy metal ions is in accordance with the second order adsorption kinetics as well as the Freundlich isothermal model. Treating the coexisting solution containing five kind heavy metal ions with chelating adsorbents,it can be found that the amount of chelating adsorption on each heavy metal ions is significantly lower than that of heavy ions in the single system.This shows that there is a certain interaction of the role of heavy metal ions. The composite chelating adsorbent was characterized with FTIR Spectrometer、Specific Surface Area and Pore Size Analyzer、SEM、Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer、ParticleSize Analyzer. Results indicate that the chelating adsorbent proposed in this paper is mesoporous adsorbents and has good thermal stability instrument. Distance between particles is closer and easily to form a stable molecular structure. The adsorption of heavy metal ions in the adsorption process is multi-layer irreversible adsorption. In the process of grafting and crosslinking, reaction occurs mainly on the amino and hydroxyl groups. The composite chelating adsorbent have a better chemical reactivity.
